Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
You should've thought about it when you took ur gf for a spinOriginally posted by Mk9 View PostGuys need some help.... the height of my bike seems to have declined. .... it happened after riding with a heavy pillon
BTW, it looks just normal to me from those pics.. If soo concerned, get the monoshocks checked at the svc centre... get it adjusted (with a change/compromise on current riding conditions) if you feel the height is too low..

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Buddy, rocker arms dont wear just like that. Tell the dum mechanics to check the oil passages. Must be oil starvation otherwise rocker arms and cam lobes can last for 10s of lacks of kms. Even timing chain should last for atleast 1-2 lakh kmsOriginally posted by razr View PostUPDATE:
Post 30k on odo.
Major issues- cam chain rattle, needs replacement soon ( no warranty) approxd to around ₹800/-
(~₹365/- chain, ₹62 for chain sliders, ₹350-450 labour. )
Power is a bit down as a result.
Misc.
Second pair of tyres. Eurogrips changed at 19.5k and 24k rear and front resp.Pirelli SDs rear. Tvs att 230 front. Pirellis are almost done. Tvs still looks new.
Small vibes, negligible.
Clutch plate still seems good.
Spark plugs replaced at 25k ( late, didnt know :P) iridiums (cr8eix slaves and stock Bosch master)
No major mods. Mostly highway runs ( avg- 40-50 kms on a workday. 100-300kms alt weekends )
Total Crashes: 1 - all painted body panels are new- shabby parts- already fading in regular friction areas. No issue to frame, engine, gearbox after crash.
P.S gone through 2 rocker arms now. Both of them exhaust port arms. Seems to be a bit unreliable. ( SVC said they've been seeing quite a few nowadays. All with the same rocker arm failure.)

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
no dude, its carbon fiber sticker.
I had matte finish earlier. but, I saw someone done that in this forum. so removed it and did carbon fiber sticker by myself.
few components painted to make it max back.

Guys, I need a center stand for my bike in Chennai. no luck at Annanagar, Ashokpillar and Vadapalani area. could you please tell me where in Chennai, I can get this?
need it for maintenance works....
Also, I did my 1st service at KLN annanagar. I dont think they do quality job. so thinking of giving 2nd service at castrol bike point in 100ft road near MMDA.
Any suggestion on good(at least better) service center in Chennai?Flying on wheels is thriller than Flying on wings

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
either get it down to 50-55k and grab it.Originally posted by getvmurali View PostGuys need an advice. Iam getting a 2012, 14k kms run 200ns for 63k in Chennai. The bike is in good condition. Is this price justified?

or explore the used market further and you're likely to find many other NS' with lesser Kms on ODO in same price this one's being offered to you. probably even a 2013 model, under 65-70k easily.
There is nothing wrong in grabbing this 14k old NS but the thing is the market doesn't recognize the true quality of the engine (the main thing to be checked for a used bike) of 200NS, hence it's got a a low resale value for no reason. So why get this when u can find other NS' with lower ODO reading. Search.
