2. Did you make it a point to replace the oil filter? Repeated use of the oil filter will result in a slightly vibey engine.

3. For getting good mileage you'll have to be a bit light on the throttle. 31 km/l is too low, even in the city. My bike has a few mods and a bigger mainjet, so mine supposedly consumes a bit more fuel than stock and still scores an average mileage of 40 km/l. Just give sufficient throttle for the kind of speed you want to ride at. For example if you're supposed to ride at 45 km/h, dont slot into 6th gear and give extra throttle. Just shift to 4th, give light throttle, dont vary it too much and let the torque take you ahead. Remember, each time you throttle hard, you're letting the engine take more petrol than it needs with no desirable effect. This kind of throttle control will surely let you achieve anything around 40 kml if done properly.

Note: in case you're planning to upgrade to a *much* bigger bike in future, you'll have to strictly exercise throttle control, not just to achieve good mileage, but to be in one piece by the time you finish your ride and return home.

But suppose you feel your riding style is pretty conservative, then it's a tuning issue. Your bike might be running a wee bit rich. Get the plugs checked by a good mechanic and if he finds a rich indication, ask him to retune the carburetor to the leaner side.

Oil filter was changed bro.
I'll keep the throttle control in mind. I'll update here after calculating. Btw during run-in I used to shift at 7-8k rpm once in a while, like once in every 50-70kms(Approx). Would that cause mileage drop?

P.s- I checked the plug. It wasn't dark nor white. Its kind of brownish.

It sounds like chain hitting the chain guard(Pic added). The sounds comes up pretty loud when lugging the engine. I had my saree guard removed, so i guess the chain guard was not tightened properly.

Some days back my NS got 2nd Paid service along with Engine Head Gasket Replacement because of oil leak. Now there is no more oil leak [emoji4] At that time I found left side crash guard bolt missing and they put new one on it. After that, I didn't get much time to ride. Now there are some vibs at 4.5k RPM near crash guard or may be under fuel tank. I think SVC guys left something loose beneath. Any idea friends?

I haven't bought it, but I am looking to make one. I would make a flash rate with hazard mode and different flash rates, as seen in some duke videos online.

But for that I need to see the flasher relay, the coupler connected to it and the wiring. Thats why asked for it.

By the Way, if you just need a hazard mode, then buy a simple automobile switch and by pass the wiring. When, the turn switch would be on left or right, and the secondary switch turned, both the indicators would glow.

Excuse me guys from Kathmandu. My friends wants to buy NS (secondhand). Found one for Nrs.2,00,000. ODO 7K,2012 made but the problem is he's looking around Nrs.1,65,000. Anybody interested? Found some in hamrobazar.com but the engine condition was a bluff.

They're 3M vinyl stickers. niladri helped me get them done for 150 bucks. Price may be different in your city.

I think its the best 150 bucks i've ever spent

Here's one more pic, after getting rid of those broken pulsar logos and the 200ns stickers. I think the stripes gel better now.
