1. Unable to make out the issue clearly.

2. Did you make it a point to replace the oil filter? Repeated use of the oil filter will result in a slightly vibey engine.

3. For getting good mileage you'll have to be a bit light on the throttle. 31 km/l is too low, even in the city. My bike has a few mods and a bigger mainjet, so mine supposedly consumes a bit more fuel than stock and still scores an average mileage of 40 km/l. Just give sufficient throttle for the kind of speed you want to ride at. For example if you're supposed to ride at 45 km/h, dont slot into 6th gear and give extra throttle. Just shift to 4th, give light throttle, dont vary it too much and let the torque take you ahead. Remember, each time you throttle hard, you're letting the engine take more petrol than it needs with no desirable effect. This kind of throttle control will surely let you achieve anything around 40 kml if done properly.

Note: in case you're planning to upgrade to a *much* bigger bike in future, you'll have to strictly exercise throttle control, not just to achieve good mileage, but to be in one piece by the time you finish your ride and return home.

But suppose you feel your riding style is pretty conservative, then it's a tuning issue. Your bike might be running a wee bit rich. Get the plugs checked by a good mechanic and if he finds a rich indication, ask him to retune the carburetor to the leaner side.

Imagine Throttle to be like a tap to a bucket(in your case Your NS' fuel tank), The more you open it the the sooner the bucket gets empty, and hence the less mileage you will get.The gentler you are with the tap the longer the bucket takes to get empty.

Tuk sound comes only when the chain has slackness, which should be corrected. Check the slackness once again also check the chain slider.

I am facing the same problem but in my case my bike has done approx 20,000kms and the chain set is gone plus the slider is also worn out now. Time for a replacement!

I haven't bought it, but I am looking to make one. I would make a flash rate with hazard mode and different flash rates, as seen in some duke videos online.

But for that I need to see the flasher relay, the coupler connected to it and the wiring. Thats why asked for it.

By the Way, if you just need a hazard mode, then buy a simple automobile switch and by pass the wiring. When, the turn switch would be on left or right, and the secondary switch turned, both the indicators would glow.
