Coming to comfort, well, the NS rides a bit on the stiffer side and bad roads may not help your recovering back. My pillions never complained about sore butts on long hauls. Infact my girlfriend likes the positioning of the grabrails with respect to the seat. I did notice the new 200NS's come with a stiffer seat than what i have on my 2 year old bike. A test ride with a pillion should clear all your doubts in that department.
Once again, coming to power, or lets talk torque. NS will feel a bit less torquey than the 220 and this effect is a bit pronounced wih a pillion. You'll have to rev upto 8k rpm in each gear if you wanna have satisfying acceleration to overtake other vehicles on the highway or to hit and stay at 110-120 kmh. And this engine will be used on the SS as well. So think it over.
I'm sure the new FZ will disappoint you with respect to power / torque. Even if you can expect better quality than our pulsars, on the highway you'll catch yourself repenting, especially after tasting and adjusting to 220's raw torque.

it's just some end can with an akra sticker. When he's riding and someone looks at his bike, they tend to take second looks because it looks quite convincing
but no issues all through the time he had it. And yes the others are right. There are no branded exhausts for our desi bikes. It's funny, both the duke 200 and our NS has nearly the same configuration. Even the FZ has aftermarket options so carb or fi doesnt matter. Yet the bikes marketed as international products have so many options and ours dont. :/
