So the Pulsar 200NS is cheaper in Mumbai/MH than in UP!
I paid 96,350 for a dual tone one 2 weeks back.
I'll again cross check with the dealer about that excess Optional Fitment Charges. Thanks Everyone for your kind reply.

Cuz from what i know 130/70, 70 here means the side wall thickness, 70% of 130mm (stock)which is obviously going to be less than the 70% of 140mm (michelin p street)
The difference will be about 7 imo....but i can be wrong, maybe somebody who has nore knowledge on this subject can help
No I meant you shouldn't get a 130/60 or a 130/80 section tyre. The stock sidewall specs should remain constant as the bikes chassis is optimized for it.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Yes, go for it. I am using michelin pilot street radial front and rear..awesome dry and wet grip.Originally posted by broken87 View Postwet grip ? only michelin pilot street radial. Go for 140/70 instead of 130/70 for rear. change both front n rear to michelin radial series.
Only thing is front tyre has a more curved profile so handling will change a little bit.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Finished my 5th service over a month back.
ODO reading during service 16250 kms.
Replaced the following:
Filled engine oil Motul 7100 1.4L
Chain Sprocket set
Oil Filter
Fuel Filter
Coneset w/ spacer
Fork Oil
Diaphragm w/ slide
Ignition Lock set as I had lost a key in college
Clutch cable set
Acc cable set
Spark plug main along with slaves (total 3)
along with Labour
Came upto a total of 10k
Bike is now almost new, felt like I was taking it out of the showroom for the first time.
Next major replacements to lookout for during the coming service (approx 21k+) :
Tyres: TVS ATT230R set
Clutch plates
Current reading 18k
Current problem is that my RPM needle is vibrating a lot, is it possible to fix this?Last edited by rattlehead; 11-05-2014, 05:21 PM.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
It's been a great experience riding this bike. Seems to be designed only with performance perpective. Went to imagica(khopoli) and back, was a wow riding experience. Just make sure u service it regularly and give it to a safer hands as they should know what they are doing. Sai service borivali screwed my bike but got it back on track by other bajaj service center. I will never forget how sai service treated my only bike. Otherwise all good.

And you said that the handling feels different. Does it feel better or worse? A friend suggested MRF Revz Fx. Any idea about how it fares on our NS?
And can you post a pic from the front and the back?

Rear new Michelin (140/70-17) - 98mm height110/70 front screws up handling. degrades it. 100/80 is stock size for front, keep it that way. I'm not sure if michelin pilot street is coming in stock 100/80 size... hence go for Nylogrip Zapper FX1, or keep eurogrip.Originally posted by MarkNS View PostIs the front 110/70-17?

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
How much speedo and odo error is expected??Originally posted by rishabh153 View PostI did. My Euroslips got 4 punctures in a day and that did it.
The experience in wet has been exemplary. I dont do corners as such and am more of a stable cruising(80-90kmph for hours) kind of person.
The handling and performance as expected has been top notch.
