    Check these things .
    1. Main connecting nut of front (below the place you place your keys ) .
    2. Cone set .
    3. Fork alignment.
    4. Alloy balance
    5. 25 psi air in front .
    6. Your karma

My commute is fairly long (80kms two way, 2-3 times a week) and maintain a good mix of sane and spirited riding. Needless to say, 5100 performs better during spirited rides in comparison, total contrast to the bajaj oil which turns notchy after a rough ride.

So it depends. Even if you worry ,then do these things .
    1. Check leakage, for this first get engine block cleaned from mud ,carbon deposit (of course from outside lol) .then place newspaper ,any thin paper below bike ,put it on centre stand and give it a night .
    2. In a clear daylight, throttle in higher revs, see the colour of smoke coming out of exhaust. If it's invisible, okay good ,if Brown/black ,then problem .
If you ride in warm areas or for longer distance for let's say above 100,or 80 oil is tend to vaporize a little bit.
But it should be like dropping 50ml in 1.5-2 k kms.
Still if it ain't leaking ,ain't smoke coloured, no hiccups then ride without any worry.

My ride wasn't very nasty. But it was a very fast run from Bangalore to Gooty halfway to Hyderabad, a distance of 270kms from Bangalore. It was very early in the morning so I was able to vary between 110-120kmph the whole way through with only a small toilet break. Then the return journey an hour later with speeds ranging from 90-110kmph till I hit Bangalore traffic for a total distance covered of 540kms. The bike responded beautifully the whole ride and performed without a hitch.

This was right before my second service, so the oil had already covered close to 3K kms. Far cry from my old P220 which would turn gruff after 200 kms of constant riding.

But of course I did baby my bike till 1K kms and that was it, I couldn't hold back anymore.

In addition to the above points, check for discolouration in the coolant. It might also indicate a leaking head if it has oil mixed in it.

except the lag or the turbocharger effect at 7K rpm, experiencing this everytime when i cut the throttle.as if fuel isin't passing or clogged air filter.i got checked everything but the problem is still there.someone here told to mod the diaphragm in carburetor.seniors please guide me through the process. Thanks in advance.

Will check oil levels again from the next refill and see if it is repeating. Also, do you observe different readings while the bike is on centre stand versus somebody holding it straight? For me centre stand always shows lesser (way less) in comparison, so my guess is that I might have probably poured in more oil than what is required!

There's a very simple explanation. When the bike is put on the center stand it's slightly tipped forward and the rear is lifted up ever so slightly. The viewing window being towards the rear of the crankcase it shows a lower reading because the oil gravitates to the front of the crankcase. Hence the slightly lower reading. Whereas when someone it straight both the wheels are firmly on the ground.

The answer you have is right. The turbo lag effect is due to the rubber in the carb diaphragm stretching out, its common.. I have the same problem. Ive already bought the diaphragm for 1071/-
[ I think i got an older stock, newer stocks are a bit costlier, around 1150/-]

Also on checking tyre i found the back tyre seems to have worn out irregularly. in the above pic,

the portion in blue on right is more worn down compare d to the similar piece on the left.
width of portion of the tyre worn out on both sides also not the same, marked in black lines. right is more and left is less.
Also the middle portion in red is raised above the left and right parts.

Can all this be the reason for the wobble i feel on the front wheel?

Can the 200 ns be re-bored to 220 so that a 220 piston can be used? Has anybody done this?

Nope ,if you have plans like that ,sell your ns and get d390.Not worth the price you'll pay .

Maybe, but one side is more worn.out than.other due to inclination /\ of roads (done to steer away water to ends ) .
So it depends which section of road you like to ride .
If you ride along with divider extremely in all cases ,(like me ) left side worns out more ,vice versa when you ride towards left side of road.
Regarding that middle portion looking bulky ,this is euroslip, not round profile (like fz tyre) ,so it looks buldged up .that's why less traction /road contact and so they're called euroslips.
