Do you suggest I go for some other SVC, may be Auto Service, Bangalore? Any other suggestions.
Ask them to remove the caliper and clean it...
washing the caliper with water wont work... Problem will rise after 5~10kms...

visited 3times to SVC and they washed it for me.
visited once a diff SVC and they cleaned the caliper and no more noise...
It will affect your mileage and you disc will be hot like a frying pan...

Today I observed that, it is not creating noise for entire turn but only at a specific part while it passes thru calipers. Could it be a damaged disc or some sort of mis-aligment??? Informed SVC & got it repaired again. But not sure what they did. Waiting to see how long it's going to be squeak-free!!!

Yeah just three weeks back i bought Optimus-S from Rynox gears. It is quite good and only once the two suction cup came off due to sudden braking.

I did my 2nd service at 4700 kms and the squeaking sound disappeared. My bike is at 7200+kms and the sound hasn't pop up it yet. Usually they say keeping the disks clean does the trick.

According to Joel's calculations, there's an increase of nearly 10% in Bhp. That translates to 25-26 Bhp at the wheel.
Whoa bro ! you were really hungry for more power and you got it now. Hope you don't run into any problems with Joel'ed stuff.
So that's a 230cc bigbore kit ? How many kms had you done before you got it Joel'ed & what was the condition of the stock engine parts those have been replaced. As I remember you always said you habitually ran your engine really hard.

                    Hehe actually it's still 200cc!
Nothing's been replaced except the air filter. Cylinder head has been modified!

Joel said my valves, cams and camshaft were fine! Yeah, I'd been redlining in all gears once a day. When I got it tuned, it had run 16500 kms.
My tappets have been set loose to aid in high rpm performance I believe. I get that characteristic tappet noise now, pretty audible but I've grown a liking to it. Couple that with the induction sound from the air filter and all the new vibrations, it feels like riding a metal-noisy ducati

                              1. I don't like its design. but purchased within 15 minutes
                              2. Good handling. (the only reason for a fast decision).
                              3. Depends person to person (I mean height)
                              4. Humm ... I had lost about Rs 400 worth petrol within 15 minutes of parking
                              5. 42 by sane riding. 38-39 on ripping (awesome)
                              6. I don't know about it. I have heard that Bajaj spares are cheaper than others. our bike too, is it?
                              7. YeaaaAAAAAA
                              8. I my opinion it is medium compound, but no punctures until its replacement (I had replaced my tires within 10K KMs, without any stunts )
                              9.

                              1. Me too ( I had a Honda, before this )
                              2. only screws ??????????
                              3. crash guard bolt replaced third time
                              4. Use double sided stickers, as I does. put some amount of oil in to your key hole. ( Now I haven't a single vibe sound from console even @ 10K RPM)
                              5. I had made a breath taking braking from 110 KM/hr in rain (I had mentioned it earlier). Now using MRF Zapper Q @ back & stock tires @ front
                              6. no comment.
                              7. 8. every dealers are same

by my commonsense, steel braided lines make our brakes more powerful & easily lockable due to its non-projecting nature
Have you found out how your petrol was stolen? people usually could steal petrol from my fazer easily, but I have seen them try in vain stealing from my pulsar since the petrol pipes are not easily accessible.
