Also shifting up while riding without using clutch isn't bad huh..? Or will it damage my bike...?

    BIKING-its all in..,

Think So your bike is running too rich :P

Get your bike CO LVL checked...

I get around 40~44kmpl with 60~75kmph all time, sometimes 80~98 upon road condition.

My RPM shift will be inside 4~6k...

Check your tyre pressure and also lube your chain...

I doubt tat its the CO lvl, as your bike is new

about the up shifting without clutch if you do it some times then its cool, if you do it always then its gonna screw your transmission

        • Bought New Pulsar 200NS

          Yesterday(23/10/2013) I got my new Pulsar 200NS.

For about 2 and a half years rode Royal Enfield Std 350(1999 model). Reason to sell, I bought from a guy in our locality. Now the same guy pleaded me until I accept his request. Paid me 1 and a half times more than which I bought from him. Had done several long rides with the club(Royal Indians Enfiel owners Club, Bangalore)

Wanted to buy a royal enfield again I couldn't wait for such a long time for delivery.

Pounced on Pulsar 200NS(Mustard Yellow) for its performance. I got it in 3 days since I booked it.

Hope to do more rides and shall share the experices here.

          Regards,

Cold start is something normal at this time of the Year...

I use choke everytime before it take my bike...

will use it for around 20~30sec and then drive off...

Ask the SVC incharge to check your bike CO LVL... our Carb should be tuned according to CO lvl, if not Power mileage everything get messed up...
I had mine tuned by a well known bajaj mech, but in the end it had power lose in certain RPM range...
Had a talk with a SVC guy and he checked it and tuned it slightly..

Now my bike feels as good as new...

I nvr take my bike without idling it before i start.. warming up engine in the morning is kinda good for the engine...

Before my P135LS had Auto choke, so everything was Automatic...

                                Hi All,
Recently did a oil change, had old bottle of Motul 1500 15w50 and bought a new 1 litre bottle of the same 1500 15w50.
However the package was different and old one wasn't available. So mixed both...is it ok??

Now I am not sure ; if the new one is similar to old as the new bottle mentions "MA2".
Below is the pic of the new bottle I got (similar)...need clarifications
