Which SVC in Kanpur do you visit? Society Motors in Chunniganj?

No bro , society motors macrobertganj. I also noticed one more thing that while returning home from college i was racing with my friend and my friend noticed smoke from my bike . I stopped my bike and saw that it was coming from silencer upper body not from silencer pipe . It was like when you pour cold water on hot surface. But there was no water the silencer was dry..

Well you were doing something incredibly stupid by racing on public roads. You did not just put yourself in danger, but you endangered innocent road users.

At xBhp we dissuade people from such reckless behaviour, and i request you to not indulge in street racing. Thanks

Bro what you did was totally outta whack. Not appreciated at all bro. I hope you understand that you did not just put yourself at risk but also other road users at risk too.

Do you mind if we ask you were you wearing any gear ? If you were, the gear is there to protect you not make you and all around you immortal. If not, well nothing much to be said here.

Please, my friend, for yourself and all those around you refrain from racing on the streets. Apart from all the damage which could be caused to life and limb you contribute to giving the entire biking community a bad name.

Bro i apologise from you and all biking community members. It was not a motogp race it was a small drag race between two friends at an empty road which was inside at a shut down factory so there was no public . Regarding gear thanks for your concern me and my friend were wearing only helmet and gloves . I know they were not sufficient to protect the body . I was doing that race to only check the pickup of my bike because my bike has lost pickup and crispness in throtle

                    1. My bike is sometime fells underpowered at lower rpm i.e 3to 5 k and speedy at about 7 k rpm. Co level is set at 1.7 so i think it's not issue with carb.

The bike does feel a lil underpowered after servicing. Cannot comment why it happens but faced the same thing with my NS. I dunno if the diaphragm of the carb could be an issue here. Check out all issues like chain slack, accel cable, clutch play for eliminating issues. You mentioned that you had the spark plugs cleaned, is it possible that the ASC changed them. Far fetched but trust me I have faced this issue. The asc replaced them with those of the 150 until I caught it. Leave the carb diaphragm to the last.

                    2. My fairing makes noise like it is buzzing.

Common to the As and Rs simply get all bolts tightened. You could look at inserting rubber washers at all joints.

                    3. "Click click " sound from engine head don't know why.

Guess it is the tappets which need to be tightened at every service and the ASC guys very conveniently skip that part just to avoid opening the fairing.

                    4. "Thud thud " sound from front suspension when in road bump.

                    Get your fork nuts checked

                    5. Sometimes bike gives jerk while cruisng at 80 to 90 km/h
                    6. Sometimes bike make noise when i accelerate at 1st gear it's from the engine like metal is rubbing with some other metal . I told this to svc the said that it is common in both pulsar RS and AS. and they have mailed to bajaj but bajaj haven't replied yet.
And one concern .. is it due to spark plug that my bike is feeling underpowered or something else because my sparks plug were only cleaned at 1st service or low grade oil because svc mechanic poured castrol oil because he was not having bajaj 20w50 . I argued with him but he told me it is also good. Oil change at 2k kms. Can i switch to motul 7100 20w50. And the service centre guys are pathetic they says " bike chor jao 5 baje lelena". And when i decide to stay there they says "idhar mat khade ho waiting room me baithjao" as if i am going to steal his both kidneys.. ..
Please reply asap and thanks in advance
Please see answers in the quote bro. Answered whatever I could based on my knowledge and experience.

Dont switch to 7100 so soon. Try to keep it on DTSI till about 8k. I cannot comment on castrol, honestly i have never used it. Get your oil changed to the dtsi at the asc, if they disagree then complain to bajaj through website. Thats the quickest way coz trust me they dont want bajaj to know that they are not putting in the bajaj recommended oil.

And Saurabh, appreciate that you took the advice in positive light. Glad you understand that we dont wanna see our brothers get hurt.

Hey guys I have a few issues I have noticed. Need some help with them.
Second sevice was done at 4300 and now at 4600km. I today opened left side spark plug to check if I was running lean or rich and saw some oil deposit on the threads. It was not on the tip only on thread. Checked other side plug but that was fine. Should I be alarmed?

Second issue is when doing constant speeds 50 kmph to 100 the throttle is inconsistent as if bike is jerking and running out of gas. So I increased the rpm to 4000 at standstill by turning the idle screw and the tachomtere was fluctuating a little not too much but it was there. What could be the possible reason for that ?
My 2500km ride is just ten days away and I am really concerned.

Oil deposit on the spark happens when either the plug is not tightened appropriately or it could be an issue with the seal. That could also be the reason for your ride feeling outta gas. Get it shown to an ASC, a good one, and they should rectify it easily.

Increasing idling should not result in needle shaking, with choke it does. Before you plan any long trip, it's advisable to give it for a thorough inspection. You can point the same to SVC and ask for a suggestion

SVC guys here are pretty much useless and they might not know what to do about it. The shaking is very less but its there. I guess that is what is leading to the jerky ride as if the throttle is being engaged and relased a bit. Could this be a carb related issue?

Guys can loose tappets be the reason for irregular idling as i can distinctly hear tik tik sound from the engine. And the 2nd service was just completed so can I wait for the next service or should it be fixed asap?
