Even i couldnt find anything online.Originally posted by ashwanth.r View Post
Yes I am pretty sure i am fine with the shifting coz at lower temperatures shifting is very smooth. Only when engine gets a little hotter the gear remains half way.Personal Experience: Nervous half shifts will confuse gearbox. Positive, gentle, quick full shift is the trick.

Just release the throttle and press the gear lever a little harder.

Re: Suzuki GS150R
Hi GS Fans,
I am having GS which is 6 months old and clocked around 4500 KM, and now I am finding very hard to pull the clutch. Is there any adjustment so that I can do it myself.
My personal experience with my GS is the best commuter bike in 150 cc segment. Getting an average 50-55 KMPL in the chennai roads. Its really wonderful bike. I suggested to lot of people.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Suzuki GS150R
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience after using Nano Energizer in 2 year old GS.I have already posted a detailed review in the facebook page of Nano Energizer.I feel like i got a new engine for baby..I have been using NE for about 300Kms..Here are the couple of changes that i noticed after using NE:
1.My gs have become a bit torquee ,I am getting a better acceleration at lower r.p.m.
2. Engine has become smoother and i don't feel that my engine is on when my bike is idle.Although GS is smooth at top speed its become much more smoother now.
3.Great improvement in milage,am getting 6+kms per liter. And lower heat dissipation from engine after hours of running.
I used shell AX5 oil and NE together.Though you can use NE with any oil.
Overall its a good product ,it does what it had promised or claimed by the company.
Definitely Everyone should try it and find the difference.
I will bring more updates after having more miles on my GS.And am planning to use it my car as well..

Re: Suzuki GS150R
what we get is based on what we believe in?
well it is performance or mileage ?
a bikes mileage and performance mostly relies on its maintenance and the way we drive it
if nano energizer improves vehicle performance with no compromise or with out affecting the parts of the bike then bike manufacturers recommends it and engine oil manufacturers keeps the nano energizer as a ingredient of their product
with 30 ml nano energizer you got 6+ kmpl mileage improvement, please go ahead and add 300 ml and let us know if your bike gives additional 60+ kmpl mileage and reaches 180 kmph speedSarcasm is my automatic response to stupidity

Re: Suzuki GS150R
Not just him, i have seen very positive reviews for this product all over. Although i doubt if its going to be 6+kmpl extra, there might be definitely some improvement. Why would a bike manufacturer recommend such a costly product even if there was actually any improvement? it all boils down to an individual if he wants extra performance/mileage vis a vis the extra money he spends. Most of the manufacturers recommended mineral oil to their vehicles so going by your logic the fully synthetic oils are useless expensive oils with no extra benefit as manufacturer dont recommend it right?Originally posted by MSN1 View Postif nano energizer improves vehicle performance with no compromise or with out affecting the parts of the bike then bike manufacturers recommends it and engine oil manufacturers keeps the nano energizer as a ingredient of their product
Lol, this suggestion is like telling you eat 500gm rice and run for 10kms, Eat 100kgs at once and run for 2000kms.Originally posted by MSN1 View Postwith 30 ml nano energizer you got 6+ kmpl mileage improvement, please go ahead and add 300 ml and let us know if your bike gives additional 60+ kmpl mileage and reaches 180 kmph speed
There is an optimum quantity recommended for each engine according to the capacity and i think 30ml is sufficient for the GS150R. Anything more is not required/doesnt give any extra benefit.

Re: Suzuki GS150R
After many complaints and many services by suzuki engineers, most of the issues are sorted. Well, I still feel a bit of jerking when I go but if it cannot be rectified in 10 services, it certainly wont go in 11th.Originally posted by ashwanth.r View PostWonderful! What is the status of your bike now - all niggles ironed out?
I have started to live with it and believe that the bike is built that way with a slightly stiffer suspension.

Re: Suzuki GS150R
My bike has the same problem too. The problem is with the front suspension. I tried releasing air from the forks. It is effective. All you have to do is unscrew the bolt at the top of the fork with a 14mm Allen key. You have to unscrew until a black "o"ring become visible. You will hear a sound similar to the opening of a soda bottle. Once you hear that sound you can tight it back to its previous position (If the oring and threads of the bolt are very dry, applying a small amount of fork oil will prevent it from damage during re tightening.)If you hear that sound i am 80% sure your suspension is going to be softer.Originally posted by venkan12 View PostAfter many complaints and many services by suzuki engineers, most of the issues are sorted. If it didn't work out another thing you could do is refilling the fork with the most accurate amount of fork oil. If the fork oil is not accurately filled, the forks dips down or becomes harder depending on how much less or more oil you filled.
