          hmmmmmmmmmm........

          @all today's update...

was running on reserve........till yesterday....filled rs 100 ka petrol....and then after running 45kms bike gave a false reserve.....then i drove for a km or so and put the petrol on and it was running again.......but i noticed this thing four times.....after that whenever i went above 115kmph then suddenly it gave reserve......once,twice it can be coincidence....but that happened four times.......

so what would be the problem.......????ne light on this......

and one more thing.......when i was riding on eastern express highway here in my city...was driving aaraaaaaaaam se at 60kmph for economy......but then out of nowhere a passion guy came and overtook me .......he might be doing around 70 something.....then he slowed down and let me pass by as soon as i pass him he again raises his throttle and overtakes me......for 5-6kms this was happening.........this really pissed me offf......so when we stopped at signal i thought of teaching him a lesson.........a 1.5km straight stretch was open for us and we just waited for signal to go green.......when we were standing a fazer and a dazzler came and stood between us.......we(me and the passion guy) were just giving raise in neutral to tell each other that lets do it and see wats the outcome.......and seeing this the fazer and Dazzler guy also started giving raise........it was the perfect scene of a start for a drag race......and as soon as the signal turned green.......we were offf......till attaining a speed of 30kmph i was lagging behind.....then i shot like a rocket.......perhaps the fazer guy was ahead.......got him at 75kmph..and the dazzler at 65kmph...and soon i was doing a 120+on odo...andd the passion guy was nowhere in the scene........then we stopped at the next signal....and the dazzler guy said "m out of this"he actually said that.....(maybe he was in his run in period and because of me he screwed his bike)....The fazer guy wass astonished and he asked me if i had modded or something as his friend also owns a GS but always stays behind....and the guy had made an impression that the suzuki beast is only just another bike........i told him the bike behaves the way its ridden.......and now he's going GAGA over the Suzuki.......
we again had a drag for 500 mts or so then deccreased our speed as mamu crowd was standing there.....then we stopped at CCD and exchanged numbers........chilled out and went away shaking hands......

              • Thank you guys for so many inputs!
I think I should learn riding and do the test rides myself, what? I'll learn on my friend's bike.

Let me make one point clear guys, all, or most, of you are GS owners. But for that reason, don't recommend me the GS. I need your unbaised views here!!!

Oh BTW, does the Dazzler really give in to crosswinds? At what speeds???
I will be doing 50 km every weekend. Then, is the GS better? Or can the Dazzler handle that too?

As owners, I'd like you to tell me, can you just wring the throttle of the GS and feel the pull and the adrenaline rush? Not a major factor, but I really love that quality of bikes!

The GS looks sexy to me. When it was launched, it was love at first sight, but that was long ago. Times have changed.
The Dazzler is not very great looking, but don't you think it is asthetically better than the GS?

hmmm a friends bike is the best thing to learn biking with.....(was teaching a female frnd today and u knnow wat.........she DROPPED mah bike.....)

as for your other queries.......i would recommend GS only if you have the Hardcore biking spirit in you......if you need speed, macho looks,if you are into kinda touring, then i would recommend GS........but even Dazzler is also good......(i cant forget a screwed someones new Dazzler today itself though).....dazzler is way too easy to handle.....where as GS's not due to its weight.....the pull feeling, dazzler gives you but on top end GS is the one.......u can really feel it after you cross 30kmph........till then it is a slow bugger.....fuel economy its kinda same....comfort......if you give dazzler 5 then GS surely deserves 10......do some minor cosmettic mods and even GS will look more sportier....crosswinds.....went through the worst of them on Bhandardara G2G.......and feel proud to say that GS handles them quite well.....when i rode mah friends dazzler it was not stable......was getting a feeling of bit shaky types and i wont recommend dazzler if you want high speeds.......and you know it was like something much smaller bike feel.....maybe my GS was 10 months old,so my mind got set to biggg bike feel or so......designing.....yes i love it on dazzler....but again it depends on person to person......
you must be well aware of the cons in GS by now i suppose.....but they can be overcomed.....so my verdict would be to learn how to ride on a friends BIKE and then test ride both and decide.....
why dont you go for MOJO by Mahindra???......(for increasing your tension )

out here in mumbai thesee kinda things are common......but the fact is i was kinda geared up and those fellows were wearing proper helmets....so thats why i raced otherwise i usually neglect them(poor chaps w/o helmets and endangering theirs and others lives at risk)

                          • I see you guys think more weight equals to stability on highways; it is completely wrong. I rode Dazzler frequently at higher speeds and never felt it to be unstable. Dazzler is not prone to crosswinds. It has the same frame as Unicorn. The Dazzler handles better due to its excellent monoshock; it is a breeze to corner.

@Raghavtlwr, you are getting all the wrong information here regarding Dazzler; engine melting, vibrations, unstable, crosswind prone, noisy engine...unbelievable.

The differences between Dazzler and GS150 are very very marginal. There will not be any significant advantage. Whatever, you buy you will not regret. I am shocked to see you just sat as a pillion for the test ride. God bless you!

Seriously now, I hate hate hate you guys! BTW, Mojo's 300cc, right?
I kind of like the way you write! Your text made me tilt towards the GS. Really! I am not going to tour all the time, but getting out and cruising on open roads sounds very enticing indeed!
But honestly, the Dazzler can do that too, can't it. Not all the time like the GS, but on Indian roads, you can't cruise all the time, can you.
The weight, well, the GS scores, but then, the Dazzler, being light, scores when it comes to being 'zippy' and fun in its own way!

I guess I'll learn riding and do the tests. I'll definitely be a better learner, I am sure, than your AHEM female friend

Screwed someone's Dazzler. Was it that drag race guy?
