I'm looking forward to buy either the GS or the Honda's Uni Dazzler.

How to delete those big pics?
@raviOriginally posted by ravi@17bhp View PostI see you guys think more weight equals to stability on highways; it is completely wrong. I rode Dazzler frequently at higher speeds and never felt it to be unstable. Dazzler is not prone to crosswinds. It has the same frame as Unicorn. The Dazzler handles better due to its excellent monoshock; it is a breeze to corner.
@Raghavtlwr, you are getting all the wrong information here regarding Dazzler; engine melting, vibrations, unstable, crosswind prone, noisy engine...unbelievable.
The differences between Dazzler and GS150 are very very marginal. There will not be any significant advantage. Whatever, you buy you will not regret. I am shocked to see you just sat as a pillion for the test ride. God bless you!
i am not saying that more weight means more stability.....but due to its kinda frame and aerodynamics its stable.....and when i rode a Dazzler i was cruising at 60kmph a truck went by and i was thrown to the extreme side of the road+when i was riding on hills due to the crosswinds it was not moving the way i wanted it to be......
+1 to the handling
and no offence but dude have you got any stiff with me.......because somewhere in other topic too i commented and you misinterpreted it......i tried explaining but still it continued..some other fellas there understood but u never did.........so i stopped replying there!!!!!
Even here engine melting is given as analogy, and there as i said that GS was smoking with p220 and zma....you got it wrong as it smoked them OUT.....it was running with them was what i meant......
@raghav.......i would say test ride(not as a pillion
)and decide yourself......hear what your heart says and not what others like us say.........

I really appreciate your unbiased input! So do you think the Dazzler is just as potent as a tourer? Comfort levels?
And being light, is it true that it is zippier?
God bless me???
Is it THAT bad to do a pillion test ride?

yup he was the same drag race guy......even he doesnt know that his bike is screwed...he was ripping it like anything above 100kmph...it was a brand new bike straight out from the showroom with all that phool mala stuff on it.........poor guy.......Originally posted by raghavtlwr View PostSeriously now, I hate hate hate you guys!

BTW, Mojo's 300cc, right?
I kind of like the way you write! Your text made me tilt towards the GS. Really! I am not going to tour all the time, but getting out and cruising on open roads sounds very enticing indeed!
But honestly, the Dazzler can do that too, can't it. Not all the time like the GS, but on Indian roads, you can't cruise all the time, can you.
The weight, well, the GS scores, but then, the Dazzler, being light, scores when it comes to being 'zippy' and fun in its own way!
I guess I'll learn riding and do the tests. I'll definitely be a better learner, I am sure, than your AHEM female friend
Screwed someone's Dazzler. Was it that drag race guy?
yeah mojo's 300 cc.........rachit from mumbai xbhp is one of those 20 lucky chaps to get one for free
......i m jealousssss........
indian roads..phew...you can say i do offroading(potholes me road dhundhna padta hain
),cruising(all highways coming in and out of mumbai+THE MUMBAI PUNE EXPRESSWAY),and city drive to hoti hi rehti hai......
dude simple funda........GS fun in (somewhat less)city + highway
Dazzler fun in city + (somewhat less)highway......
arreyyyyy this all happens between good frnds.......so its okkkk......other than a friend you cant tell it to someone else na....Originally posted by raghavtlwr View PostCool it guys!

This is my last suggestion to you, if you want a 150cc tourer, go ahead and buy GS150 and change to tubeless tyres; you will not regret. If you want a fun-to-ride bike in city with great flickability, buy either FZ or Dazzler. Do not worry about the occasional highway rides, both FZ and Dazzler are capable of cruising at 80-90 kmph speeds for longer periods. There is a thread in tourer section where somebody already toured Leh with Dazzler. I hope this puts end to your doubts.Originally posted by raghavtlwr View PostI really appreciate your unbiased input! Two pages back I made a post asking everyone to be unbiased.

Touring + low maintenance = GS150
Fun-to-ride, easy flickability in city, low maintenance, an allrounder = Dazzler, Unicorn, Hunk, Extreme.
Pure fun-to-ride bike in city and twisties = FZ-16 (high maintenance due to poor mileage)

they got placed for the best job in india by indiabikers......and regarding leh........u still have to learn riding a bike......even pros get hammered there.......still if you want to ask then post a querry in mumbai or pune xbhp thread........as there are ample of bikers who got Leh'd.Originally posted by raghavtlwr View PostGot the Mojo for free!!!???
What did these guys do?
Damn these choices are hard.
I guess I'll be doing somewhat less highways, though I want to *sigh*.
Any idea what a Delhi to Leh trip costs on a 150cc (accommodation charges kept minimal)?
and i brought the bike just because of one reason......
i went to my crush's house to pick her up and drop at her tutions...and that day there was a blue GS standing in her parking lot......under a tree so we saw some nice sunshine detailed views of GS.......she said its damn sexy.....so fought with my father and brought the bike.....i never went for specs stuff......
and to my luck it happened that Gs is the best suit for my thoughts.......
hahaahaaa......ravi even introduced more names now hate us to the core!!!!!!
and dude chandigarh's city roads..........i know them........they are heaven for bikers.......and not less than highways........

Shows you are just a commuter who thinks GF as a pillion is the only fun ride.Originally posted by MSN1 View PostWhat's that fun to ride bike do you think rest of the bike drivers are crying or thinking seriously while driving or does the fun to ride bikes are loaded with comedy clips by any chance!!!!
Its simple if you are riding with you GF on pillon its a fun filled ride. Same bike if you are rushing to hosp.... Even if its harey you won't feel any fun dude because all it depends on your mood
So, if Honda discontinues Unicorn, Dazzler would become an all-rounder? till then it is…?? BTW, would you care to explain why not a Dazzler is an all-rounder?Originally posted by MSN1 View PostAny don't list dazzer in all rounder. (If its a all rounder then why honda still has CB Unicorn)
So, why do you think Dazzler will not compete with GS150? Is GS150 has an r-15 like engine or does Suzuki secretly put a 250 cc engine with 150cc badge?Originally posted by MSN1 View PostDazzler isn't made to compete with GS its made to beat the FZ where its not able to do that in styling department.
The MF battery will not give way so easily. Nobody has complained with starting problem with FZ and R-15 and other bikes that do not have kickstarter, even in Leh.Originally posted by MSN1 View PostOne thing in case of emergency You can kick n start your GS, in dazzler if battery dies you need to drag and engage gear to start.!!!!
The rear disc is excellent in Dazzler. Do not think that rear disc should bite the same as front.Originally posted by MSN1 View PostEven on compression and user feedback its a known thing that dazzer back disk break is not good its equal to a good drum break.
Ha ha ha…. Cats!! Thanks you made my day before good night sleep.Originally posted by MSN1 View PostThe diffrence between unicorn and GS is just the diffrence between a cat that eats what ever you feed and the big wild cat that's ready to eat even u..(Again this is my personell openion )Last edited by ravi@17bhp; 10-10-2010, 01:25 AM.HH Karizma (Current) || CBF Stunner PGM-FI || Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler

wats going on here!!!!!!!
@ravi
>He mentioned about the mood......and cant you understand its just an example.....read it then comment.....
>Critics say,why critics you said dazzler has same frame as the uni......and i say they just did some fine tuning and cosmetic mods with that rear disc brake and speedo rest is the same old uni.....then why didnt honda discontinued uni.....like they did to the rest of generations......afterall dazzlerr is just the upgrade of uni....and if really Dazzler was an allrounder they would have discontinued uni.....
>Dazzlers looks.........i love them....Msn here is telling about looks.......that it was styled to beat the FZ...not GS....if it was for GS then dazzler would be launched waaaaaaay back.....and GS even though simple ,has the road prescence......
>Dude how can you compare honda to YAMAHA.......and regarding hondas battery issues........i know them...my bro owns a honda stunner.....its just a year or so and he starts his bike using a kick start........Dazzler is new.....even the first dazzler's battery's warranty wouldn't be over......so cant say about battery issues for Dazzler.....
>Rear disc its excellent....i agree with that.....
>Even tiger, lion and many other wild beasts belong to cat family.......Last edited by Maestro; 10-10-2010, 02:05 AM.
