I think I will go and try Motul once for sure!

The Castrol Bike zone you are referring to here is the one in sector-37,right? If it's at some other place then could you please tell the location.
The one I am referring is in Sector- 58, Noida. The direction for the same is:
When you go from Shoprix Mall to 12-22, you have to take the third right and than immediately enter the service lane(which is in Shoprix Mall direction) , have to ride for another 300m and there you are in front of CBZ.
Also please do write your experience with Motul oil.

You will just need a tube rubber, allen key(5mm) and a 12mm spanner(provided with tool kit) for the work.I think those who are fed up of handle bar vibes should definately try this.

BTW,what's there to adjust in the clip out I could not find it out.Anyone??How to adjust the clip-ons?
Thanks Drify for the above info, but could you please clear the line highlighted in red, not able to get it. A picture of same will be of great help.
Hope to get rid of unbearable vibes.

Mine too have uneven wear in the Front tyre. Right side of the tyre is worn more than left in hills and valley manner.
Initially i though there is some problem with the front fork oil and got it changed in the SVC, while working on that the mech told that the front fork is not in line that is the right fork has a slight bent and because of this only tyre is wearing in uneven manner.
He asked me whether i had an accident head on but i never had one so how the fork bent is a mystery

First i need to get it fixed and than only i can think of switching to new rubber or else this will ruin the new rubber also

Considering that diesel or any oils being sprayed on discs it should happen in dry also , but i have issue only in rains , front discs are pathetic on braking power at all , its only 8k kms old so i am not sure if i should replace disc pads or i am not sure if they cleaned it at all in recent service

The reason behind it being very simple that the new cylinder kit's parts get scratched which we call as "piston rawaa ho raha hai" in local language. Scratching as in... the piston gets mated up with the cylinder walls and metal from the mating surfaces gets scratched up and it remains with the engine oil and gets circulated. It makes the engine to get heated up sooner. Not to worry about that, it is normal
Thanks @Garry for this important piece of info was searching for posts regarding this as bike is 20 days old and it heats a lot.. even in heavy rains the engine remains hot

If you have proper tools and a strong heart to take in any issues, remove the nut and see why they are used. Generally one washer is enough.

EDIT: I noticed the same thing in 2 RTRs parked in my office. My own bike is not with me now, so cant check... so like Drify has said below, its normal..

Check the brake fluid level. You will have to bleed the brakes I guess.

I am reffering to the nut bolts which holds the clip-ons at their place.I kept a layer of tube rubber between them cause from this, the vibrations are transferred to the handle bars.Nothing major, just open the cover and you will get it.Sorry yaar,I forgot to take the pics when I opened it.

I went to the service centre and told them about the problem. The self start was working fine. They told they can't replace the battery as the self is working fine. The manager told if any problem persist further they will replace the battery.
                    Should i charge the battery
Well, I suggest NOT to charge the battery externally. I mean, don't get it charged by connecting it to electricity. It should get charged from the bike's RR only. If it ain't getting charged, then either the battery is faulty or the RR unit.

Yeah. I was pretty angry at that time. But then, it's only human to make mistakes I used alcohol swabs and detergent powder to eliminate all the marks. It's great now

Plus I also got a petrol lock installed on the bike yesterday... Turns out that the pipe is getting in the throttle wire's way making it get stuck at a higher position and hence leading to excessively high RPMs at start . I thought there was something wrong with the bike. Luckily a friend of mine pointed it out and I'll be getting it fixed first thing tomorrow
