Whats the top speed?? :-D check the speedo cable from the console side.

Guys I'm having a wierd problem. Today I was doing daily morning warm up if engine. And I noticed the Speedo showing 2kmph while the bike was in neutral and side stand!!! Just to check if it's Speedo error I gave the throttle a tweak, and the reading started increasing! What's wrong?? TPS? Or speedo? Or sensors??

The Speedo looks almost like I'm riding the bike, only I'm not!

Secondary air injection is used during the engine warm up to help burn the rich air-to-fuel mixture needed to run a cold engine.It is achieved by taking advantage of the negative pressure pulses in the exhaust system when the engine is idling.There is a check valve assembly below the tank containing a small diaphragm inside it.The check valve is a non return valve which draws air from the air filter and pumps this fresh air into the exhaust port,generally,near the exhaust valves by utilizing the pulsing of the exhaust from the piston firings to suck the fresh air into the exhaust system. This oxygen rich fresh air helps burn excessive left over hydro carbons that remain in the exhaust gases during start up.The opening of the diaphragm depends on the intake manifold pressure,you can see the grey colored pipe going from the inlet manifold to the check valve.When you remove this pipe from the intake manifold with the engine running at idle,you will see the rpm goes down and the engine starts to hunt. The extra oxygen injected into the exhaust stream helps the catalytic converter reach operating temperature more quickly during warm-up periods,thus maintaining the emission at a suitable level. The catalytic converter must heat to operating temperature to work properly,thats the whole purpose of the SAI unit.Most of the bikes today are equipped with this,I can recall even my HH Passion had it.

First of all check the brake pads and rear disc.If they are good,remove the rear caliper assembly & brake cam,apply sufficient amount of grease on the caliper pins and also on the slots where the caliper pin fit.You can apply some grease on the back side of the brake pads too for peace of mind.This should eliminate that noise.

My turning RPM Screw it is OK!
change 1/4 Screw but my problem not changed.

what is this Problem?
My Bike E-Start is GOOD in Morning With Chock! after 1 Min My idle RPM is 1150 and chock released! but when driving bike jerking/Hic-up and when Throttle Rotation my bike Turned OFF!!!!! or late response!

Not lean. Either ideal or a bit rich. Hard to tell from the pic. But looks like it's nothing to worry about.



Turn the AFR screw to 3.5 full turns(just for testing). See if anything changes. Report back. Retune it later using a good guide and not in terms of rotation. Also, which engine oil are you using, what grade?
