4-5k rpm is not considered as "high rpm"..Please refer to 8k+ rpm as "high rpm"..
Yes, RTR are renowned for the vibes..Ride the bike, let a few services be done & the vibes will reduce. Few minor changes to the bike will reduce the vibes further..

Adding to it 4k-6k rpm is the range when one can feel the vibes easily. Drifty shared a pic few weeks back, how to reduce vibes, by tightening three screws.Fare thee well xBhp, All the best for being the biggest name in corporate world

Thanks y'all, enjoying my beast ODO on 150
it's been 48 hours since I bought by beast.
My 5th gear isn't very comfy now, It's kinda notchy to gear to 5th, hope it'll resolve after sometime or 1st service.
#Will change my Engine Oil after ODO hitting 250.
Can anyone describe what SVC guys do in 1st service ? (If there's already a thread just link me, I searched and couldn't find any)

Buddy..can understand you are exited about finishing your run-in period as soon as possible & rev the engine ..But I, would advice you to keep the revs below 5k & do atleast 500-750km before changing the engine oil & get the engine oil changed during 1st service, any time before that will be a waste of cash, oil & time..Originally posted by Albert Paul View PostThanks y'all, enjoying my beast ODO on 150

P.S, Ride easy,Ride safe, enjoy riding & get used to the bike.. One more thing, don't expect TVS SVC to do magic with your bike, get your bike serviced in TVS SVC until your bike in under warranty(or they might void the warranty) & post warranty service is terrible..

I just bought a Philips Xenon Ultimate Effect 400K Bluevision bulb of 12v 35W (costs only Rs.210). I only need to make my light white or bluish also I don't want to give any overload to battery so I sticked to 35w bulb.
I did't yet installed it and I don't know how to open headlight assembly ! Does opening this headlamp assembly easy or should I get SVC guys ?
If I did open it would that void my guarantee ?

First, SVC guys would do it. Don't do it if you've never done it before. See how the blokes at SVC open it and you're good to go there on!Originally posted by Albert Paul View PostI just bought a Philips Xenon Ultimate Effect 400K Bluevision bulb of 12v 35W (costs only Rs.210). But, I have a doubt.
4300k is yellow-white light. That means 4000k is yellower! Now, if the filament has yellow output and the shell is blue in color, how good/bad will the visibility be?
Moreover, blue light can serve you infractions from cops. Blueish tinge is fine, but blue light may best be avoided. Add to that, visibility in fog/rain with blue lamps is substantially reduced.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Is there any 12v 35W bulb having better light output than stock?
At 25k,the suspension is not doing its job well.I can feel all the bumps.
Going to replace oil+filter(castrol power 1 15w40,is it good?) spark plug(stock),brake fluid(top up will do?),fork fluid(not leaking,so is it necessary?),rear shocks(?),anything else needed?
As I don't know whether these things were replaced ever or not!

The light produced by the filament is neither yellow or pure white light,it contains the three primary light colors(red,blue&green) in different ratios..Hence when it passes through a Blue Shell(filter) you get yellow light..Given by, W - B = (R + G + B) - B = R + G = Y.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostBut, I have a doubt.

A bulb of 3000k is the best for fog & rainy condition as it is completely yellow light & yellow light does not get dispersed as much as blueish white light..

The best lighting solution would be a 3000k/3800k/4000k 12V 35W projectors, will be done within INR3000..I have changed the stock to a 4300k HID & I feel that it is not good during rain & fog but it is good for normal night rides..
Have you tried setting the rear suspension to "Soft"..??Refer to the manual for the adjustment..Its simple & very effective..
Regarding the service:-
1.oil+filter..(Go for a 10W40 oil it will be better).
2.spark plug if it has not been replaced.
3.Brake fluid top-up.
4.Air filter..Clean or replace them.
5.Carb. cleaning.
6.Chain & sprocket(if need be).
7.Brake pads (if need be).
8.Engine head oil seals/gasket have to be replaced at certain intervals or they might start leaking oil..

Osram and Philips have some option..I guessOriginally posted by albyjose View PostIs there any 12v 35W bulb having better light output than stock?

Tried making the suspension set to softest?
I some how lost my faith on castrol due to too much of fake products in market. Change the fork fluid.Fare thee well xBhp, All the best for being the biggest name in corporate world
