    • A/F Screw is 7.8 * 180 Degree = 3.9
my bike better than before your setting apply. but still a bit jerking after 2 min warming observable!
      3.9 is a rich mixture?

Turn the AFR screw to 3.5 full turns(just for testing). See if anything changes. Report back. Retune it later using a good guide and not in terms of rotation. Also, which engine oil are you using, what grade?

            • ^^Can't comment on carb tuning because I don't know how to do it. Try switching back to the recommended spark plug for RTR 180 (Bosch). Refer your owners manual (Technical Specification page) for the exact model number. Mine is a Feb2010 RTR180 with Bosch UR5DDC -TWIN ELECTRODE.
The Apache is ever willing to red line each cog, but the Rider ain't. Enjoy RTR, Safely. Period.

3.9 turns might be a little on richer side.Do check the spark plug gap and the colour on the tip of the spark plug for mixture strength. For peace of mind, stick to the BOSCH twin electrode as adviced by fellow members.
I got the rear tyre changed to MRF Zapper C 110/80 17'' a few days back.Cost Rs.2300,the previous tyre had a lot of punctures in it.Rest everything is fine and bike is running butter smooth with almost negligible vibrations.Engine oil- Shell AX7 10W40....Guys who are irritated with the vibrations, tighten the foundation bolts circled yellow in pic below, there are four mounting bolts on the front side (yellow circle in pic) attached to frame, check those too. This will keep the vibrations in check

                    Looks Nice

If possible can you post a pic of the bike looking from the back , that might really show how big the rear tyre looks.

Yeah, the seat has been cut for more comfortable seating.
The older version of the forum was a lot better(save for the 'auto-save' feature). This new version is complete eye-sore.
