Now coming to the viberations part, it will never completly go away. Tips to control viberation: 1. Do run-in well, use engine breaking more while in run-in. 2. Try to keep the A/F ratio to optimum 3. Keep chain cleaned and lubed 4. Use mineral oil for atleast first 5k km. These are only some of the simple tips one needs to follow to reduce some amount of viberations.

So we were riding almost the same time, eh? Went to hills and the ODO reads the trip to be a total of around 1100 kms. And buddy, out of the 14.5 hours of the riding on day-1, almost 8-9 hours would've been in rain
The mileage I got is 43.5kmpl including 300 odd kms. of ripping in hills
