Mileage, expecting a drop though, but I hope it wont be anything drastic.
With the ffe you're shedding a lot of weight. So your fe will improve. It did for me.

Cops, street dogs, Neighbors and your own ears will soon start stopping/chasing/cursing you. Enjoy.

lijok : While getting it from Biraj told me dont expect magic from it, so I wont be calculating mileage
Cops : Cheat code here, keeping it in between 3k-4krpm
Street Dogs : Ran after me twice in last 24 hours
Neighbours : They have heard 600RR at odd hours, they are used to these sounds now........I guess
My ears : Earplugs and the tight LS2.

To sum it up, I was ready for all this, so for coming few years I dont think I will get bored out of it.

prateek2210: FE will increase no doubt, mainly because of lesser weight and also because it will make the engine run lean, esp when dB killer is removed. Try to slightly make the carb rich to avoid any problems on the long run.

If dB killer can be fit, then I really recommend you buying one, since it makes the sound much more smoother and you dont get the feeling of straining the bike post 7k rpm (because of excessive roar).

I got a bmc filter fixed to my bike. My mechanic adjusted the needle to get the afr right. Bike is flying now.

I wish I could get that, but thanks for the point on making it little rich. Will do that tomorrow.

I always wanted a free flow , but backed out because of stock setup's reliability and kantu answered it too :P

Changing Tyre Profile & size will affect ABS functionality ?

A friend got RC FFE installed on FZ recently. I noticed good change post 6K RPM. But I experienced a lot of flat spots, particularly during sudden accelerations. Also, it was struggling past 90 even more than stock FZ with a pillion. It didn't even feel as quick as my bone stock RTR160. So I thought of enriching the AFR. How many turns do you recommend approximately? It has dB killer BTW. Sorry for OT.
@lijok : The exhaust or the paint??
Paint is normal heat resistant spray...till the time I get someone who can do powder coat

Don't care.Whenever it comes off a bit, spray again after cleaning, don't bother to remove it/sand it down again!Thats what I do when my stock exhaust starts rusting.
Experiencing rough hiccups rarely when revving hard(at times of overtaking, sometimes dangerous)..what could be the problem? There was a little high revving riding with castrol mineral oil.

Had been experimenting with many engine oils since last 2 years. Castrol/Motul/Gulg/Elf. Since then, I had issue of engine oil turning black and evapourating within 2K kms(Once the oil wasnt touching the deepstick even. I had to it for 50 kms). Last service reverted back to TVS oil(got my engine decarbed). Amazingly, its still going strong even after 2K kms of hard riding. The oil hasnt lost its colour. and is well above the deep stick mark. Now, no more experiments. Will stick to this crappy oil(prejudiced) for now.

Almost 26k kms have to replace:
Chain+sprocket set.
Rear tyre(MRF Zapper C rs 2500),most probably front one(zapper fy,r15 v1 tyre rs 1500) too.
The bush inside rear alloy wheel, what is it called?
Also need to grease the swing arm bearings too!

Check if different tire profile fiddles with ABS. I hope not but still out of curiosity I just wanna know.

I think you should clean the carb. or carb tuning is required..
