I have never felt the roads that much bumpy these many years..
    What might be the reason??
Is it problem with the shock absorbers??
Mudguard and Bumps!! not relevant at all. The mech must have done some blunder while taking out and refitting the Shocks, or the Racer unit. Is it only feeling stiff? Or wobbling as well?

Its really kind of wobbling unwantedly...
also what i noticed is, normally the shocks was much smooth like you can apply pressure on your hanldebars to make the shocks go down..now its like kind of stuck like some air got into it..i dont know exactly how to explain...like imagine when you are on the move & apply front brakes, the shocks will go inside & then rebound..previously it was much smooth & normal..now its not smooth & wont rebound completely..

My bike has got a major issue it seems..Engine oil started leaking from the engine head for the third time & the bike has done only 22k km .The last time I took this issue to TVS SVC,they did a gasket/seal change along with re-threading to all bolts.. Yesterday went to SVC where the previous service was done. Now the service engineer tells me that the engine head needs to be changed & it would cost 4-5k.. The SVC mechanics are clueless of whats wrong or they dont know how to fix it or they are just to lazy to do the job correctly..Is there any independent mechanic in B'lore who can pin point the exact problem,so that I can go to SVC & get the leak fixed under "rework"..?? Or just go to the independent mechanic & get the leak fixed directly(buying parts from TVS)..

^Yeah..this problem is there in my RTR too.Seen it on many 160's also.
Changing gasket, applying bond won't be a lasting solution.
My mechanic told me to change the round thing on the left side of head.(don't know what that is called)
I decided to leave it alone,as after changing to 40 grade oil, applying bond externally, only small leakage is there.
Further,no damage other than a dirty head!

Yes, I had this head leaking problem in my Unicorn too...
just take it to your local mechanic, and he will correct it by fixing your head with "Anabond" (gasket creator), which your SVC guys couldn't.
I wish if I am the only rider in roads !!!!!
So I can red line my bike all the time

              Hey guys,

              What's up ? ,

I just made a trip to Athirappilly and Malakkappara yesterday infact athirappilly is only 30 km away from my hometown. This is my first trip with my beast and amazingly I got a mileage of 50+ kmpl I ride beast in 60-70 km speed range (ODO is 1112 km). Another good news is sounds/vibs got reduces to very much more likely it's unnoticeble.

              Will post pics soon

I'm experiencing one more problem which is my beast is not going to Reserve(fuel cut off) even the last fuel bar starts to blink !!, I believe that last fuel bar is supposed to show we're in reserve right ? I can ride my bike for another 10+ km after last fuel bar starts blinkin and before going to reserve fuel cut off !!!

I'm gonna go to SVC tomorrow.

Sadly our beast's Fuel Indications sucks

I had got the Gasket & the seal changed but still it leaks & the mechanic told me that the threads are worn out & new bolts(or engine head) are required... Are you sure if anabond would do the trick..??

Anabond is used for plugging leaks. It can be very effective but no idea for how long it will hold. Ideally speaking since you have had this problem multiple times might be better if you look for a permanent solution rather than a temporary one.

Only the last bar visible and not bliking means it's alright, you have some 30 - 40 Kms more to ride for the bar to start blinking.

Last bar starts blinking means, you have 10+ KMs to ride before turning knob to reserve fuel.

Last 1 Ltr in Reserve and the Low Fuel Indicator starts blinking each time you start your bike. It may blink only for 10 secs or so OR it may blink continuously if the fuel level is very low.

And my ride's FE averages around ~38 KMPL
