When driving in the night , whenever on coming vehicle has powerful high beam always look to the left and 6 feet in front of you.. ...this will prevent you from getting blinded by the light...and reduce speed to manage sudden breaking, if so needed......
    Take care and Drive Safe.
Thank you sir....Usually I do keep looking extreme left when there is a high beam from on coming vehicle. But,yesterday my luck gave away,Since it was almost a L-shaped turn, couldn't get anyview. However I was within 60kmph since it rained. So nothing much happend to me.

    right mirror within 700/-
    front brake lever - 200/-
not sure about the price, these were as told by a spares person in hero svc

you will get 35% for fiber and 80% fro metal parts after claiming insurance
5% discount if you have goodlife card
Thank you sir...Enquired today at my regular SVC today. They said my insurance policy has ND Cover,So I will get maximum insurance amount even on plastic part.SVC guy said somewhere around 80-85% I will get.Have given list of parts for estimation. They asked me to come on monday (Surveyer will come on monday).Don't feel much wrong with the bike (rode nearly 50km yesterday after fall and nearly 40km to SVC today.).Even after fall and such scratches (broken near headlight),the fairing doesn't vibrate or rattel.

          • Got Exide Xtreme zero maintenance battery for Rs. 1200 after returning the old battery. Warranty period is 18 months. Self starter is now firing the engine with just a notch of the starter button.

The guy checked my old battery by shorting both terminals using a wire and water was coming out of two cells which means two cells are not working.

I was looking for Amco but was not available anywhere near my area.

Now this battery is labelled as zero maintenance and the person told me that there is no need to add water ever in this battery unlike the stock amco battery. Is this true? Also he has not connected the overflow pipe with this battery stating that battery is sealed?

Yes Anmol bro, the dealer is right. Maintenance free batteries are just plug n play. You need not add water in it during its lifetime. ZMR comes with MF battery as stock.

                    • Hi guys. My zmr is turning sweeter and sweeter as the km's are getting crunched up. Did a 500km NH 7 run today and the engine sound is just music to ears. I think she is getting bold as she turns old. Fuel efficiency returned to normal levels as I recieved around 48kmpl during the short trip from Hyderabad to kaddam village(adilabad dist) and back. Do keep your rides well as I witnessed 2 bloody live accidents in front of me both due to mechanical problems, tires flying off and people dying. Ride safe.

My God.. Bro.. you be safe.. I have seen a accident in front of my eyes and I still can't digest that scene.. :'( NH24.. Discover going behind a truck.. the truck guy applied sudden brakes and the discover went and smashed the rear tyre.. at a speed of some 60kmph.. and he was dragged along with the tyre for about 100m.. on spot dead.. we had to stop the truck guy as he didn't notice what had happened.. I had to take a barf after seeing that incident :'(

I think that's a zma. Zma has a different battery cage. As pointed out in some posts earlier in order to accomodate a different or larger battery than stock one you need to do changes that's not recommended.
