Check your chain, more than half of the time the chain is culprit for any odd vibes in the bike.

Clean you chain, adjust the slack and lube it. Check if the vibes reduce in anyway, also check with another 220 Fi to how different their bike feels.

If there is internal damage then your silencer can definitely be replaced under warranty. But if you silencer has any external damage then warranty claim is liable to rejected.

But check if its the nuts on the exhaust tec box, what is the PBK saying?

this is a very common problem with pulsars exhaust... my friend is facing the same problem with his 200 and i am facing this problem from the second month of my purchase on my 220 F. Pbk guys wont replace it under warranty , because according to them its an external damage and they are correct too because in my case one moron on kinetic honda hit me from the back while i was waiting at the signal .... and he banged on my bikes silencer... from that day i am facing this problem....
But u can damage the silencer from outside and claim insurance on it .... still ull be ending up paying 700 odd.

From the 1st day my bikes scilencer didnt got any external damage the sound is like small screw vibrating from the front side[not a very loud sound but we can hear] i think it is from the scilencer only it comes only when i accelerate hard but the sound seems to come at lower rpm range. My guessing is now a days iam going to coll on my bike[50 kms up & down] instead of going in coll bus it is a 4 line road so daily iam doing the speeds of 125-130 with constant redlining and ripping so can that be a reason of the sound?

did u check the screw in front of the resonator chamber of your bike as it could be loose . Get it checked once.

helllo hey im doing fine. my silver bird doing as great as ever.

From the 1st day my bikes scilencer didnt got any external damage the sound is like small screw vibrating from the front side[not a very loud sound but we can hear] i think it is from the scilencer only it comes only when i accelerate hard but the sound seems to come at lower rpm range. Ive been reading your problems.minor touches in traffic, etc may have had its toll on ur exhaust.
                        1) remove ur exhaust from the bike. tap it downwards to see if anything falls of it.somehow get the rivets removed from the exhuast. check if the silencer has some internal cracking.hope PBK does this work.
                        2) resonating chamber or torque chamber may have something loose in it that tends to vibrate at low rpms.at high rpms its still there but just not audible
                        3) put on another 220's exhuast.check if the sound still comes. it wont.but engine mounts, exhaust mounts, anything can be a reason.

get back once u've checked out all this.
                        happy problem solving

Under extreme hard acceleration the exhaust used to contract and expand. WIErd

but now ,im going smoothly thru the entire rev range..

earlier i used to be in 5th gear. at 4k rpm.i used to simply twist the throttle really hard.i asked too much from the torque chamber.
but now i shift down gears, make sure i touch 7k or8k rpms smoothly.then shift gears..
bike running splendid.no sounds from anywhere.
just one tip. dont push ur bike to the max when its in high gears and low speeds..

well u dint get my point.
don be at low speeds and higher gears and then dont accelerate hard to touch 100+ or something. eventually it will take a toll on the bike.

anything pushed to the max will cause serious effects.no doubt
