Hey yes replacing that metal cap usually resolves the issue. But if its repeating again then maybe there is a issue with how that fixed last time on the crank case.Originally posted by Durvesh View PostPraful last time they replaced the metal cap which is fit on the Crank case, after that some 18000km again the cap got loose & oil coming out from there.
And, anyways there are minor leaks from the breather pipe region when riding hard for a long time._________________________

This was somewhere on the Gudalur to Sultan Bathery stretch when I had to pull you over :POriginally posted by phanikar View PostCongrats
BTW when was this ????
I have moved out of PBK finally after 5 years. And have got awesome service. Last 1 year I have patiently tried to work with PBK to help restore my bike, but I only ended up spending more and more money with *no* resolution to my problems. They have not checked the most basic things in the first place, something which a mechanic working in 5 feet by 5 feet room manged to fix in 2 days!Originally posted by rx100.7050 View PostPraful: MAN!! Honestly, I am super pissed and disappointed with PBK now!
But yeah, 1L kms coming soon!
There will probably never be touring bikes like the ZMA and P220 EVER again!! And that is just sadOriginally posted by yuv_biKING View PostAnother good conduct from my P220FI during the last AP-OR 10 days ride of 3.5K+ KMs. Touchwood I am more confident on this machine as it gets older and still I look back and adore at it as I park it and go.

What was the problem that you managed to find and rectify?Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Wheel bearings, axles, clutch, adjusting of valves. Simple stuff, which PBK just ignored. They just replaced parts after parts in a bid to solve the issue, the amount I've spent over the last 1.5 years, I could have gotten myself 90% of an Activa in that amountOriginally posted by The Monk View PostWhat was the problem that you managed to find and rectify?

The Fi is the least of our worries on the 220! I think its probably the most reliable component on the bikeOriginally posted by The Monk View PostOk. Nothing related to the Fi or fuel pump etc.?
But yeah the fuel pump does fail once past a certain age!_________________________
