The more I change gears the more harder it feels in the traffic.

By the way.. Check the PIC. Mechanic at Phoenix madhapur hero inserted a screw into that aluminium round pipe by pulling the black pipe out. Vehicle use to jerk like no fuel in tank.

Mr.Suresh....Sorry to see you go through such a bad experience with a ZMA due to ASC stupidity. There is no report the Exhaust being changed by any owner ,that too within such a short time. Your ZMA is within the 5 years warranty, and what the ASC had done is absolutely wrong...One the parts replaced by them ie., the Exhaust and the Clutch Plates, will not wear out so early, and second Charging you for it. You must write to the GM Hero Motors with detail and get back both the parts and the Money from them.
All ZMA now are adjusted for FE and so will have starting problem+ Jerking +engine shutting off at signal or when you slow down + engine firing sound weak,Vibrations when revved above 3K RPM.
It is good to see that Mr.Ravi had been able to help you. He is a gentleman with higher knowledge, and most helpful nature.
Hope you get back your money and have an enjoyable future with the ZMA.
      Good Luck.

Yes sir, Mr. Ravi is very helpful and always give his 100 % attention. Thanks for advising me to meet Mr. ravi. Actually, I live just 3 kms far from his place.

Sir, I have a question.. today I did a 10 kms ride at 70 kph. After coming home when the engine is at idle I noticed RPM is fluctuating between 900 - 1300 approx. I didn't understand why it is happening even after the engine got heated up enough. Usually that won't happen I believe. What might be the issue sir...?

psr sir.. I changed the cdi to check whether it is from the zma batch. now that I am back from the ride I can say it was not.
no problems during the ride...except for high altitude problems.

The acceleration was much better after changing the clutch plates..

Cost me 2290 in total after oil change, spark plug & general service.. also includes the labour for changing the clutch plates..

Your problem is most probably due to lean AFR. You have to turn the AFR screw by 90 degrees Anti clockwise and observe. Mr.Ravi can guide you... Learn to do things by yourself, and you will have a Reliable bike..ASC mechanics are mostly without proper knowledge, and lacks sincere effort.
