              If you can get a 9AH then it's the best solution .

              I really think the 6AH battery is the root cause of your problems - in night riding the consumption is more than 6 amp and if the rpm is low , then the H/L is sure to go dim .

              White looks gr8 - seems most of us agree on that .
              I don't think there'll be anything wrong with the battery . Even with my 7AH one , the H/L dims a tiny bit when I switch on the indicators .

              Is there any place in the ZMA R where I can keep a 2nd 7AH battery ? I have one spare and if I can connect it , then maybe I can use higher rated horns and lights .

                Ashwin had 6Ah battery on his new ZMA-R and used 55/60W OEM Bulb and Roots Windtone along without any issues.

                A 6Ah MF battery can be placed under the seat.hehe.

                @PSR Ji

                Sir while changing the cage from new one to old cage,will the wirings be ok? I mean the length of wires,seen that new zma-r has positive on left

                    The wiring Harness need to be opened up and not only the Positive and Negative connection, even the Starter relay must be shifted from right side to the old left side position....But the reward is worth it, and a good Auto electrical guy can do it without any flaws.

                        So we need to extend the wires?

                          It will be known only on opening the harness binding.If they had retained the old length and only changed the way they bundled it, then no need,otherwise wires must be extended.

                          • @Psr sir
                            my karizma had done 720kms and getting good economy of 35-40,went to service center today for 2nd service. My issue is the engine is knocking heavily,and they said tapet needs to be adjusted , the service center is real bad over here,so is it ok if i dont adjust the tappet and carry on as it is? will i hav any problem in ahead?

                                You must find out if the problem is tappet adjustment.While idling the engine ,Kneel down close to engine and listen..if you hear ticking sound then it is tappet noise..if you hear ticking noise ,when you accelerate engine in gear then it is knocking...
                                Tappet noise indicates that there is gap between the rocker and the Valve..this needs to be adjusted properly,because if it become more ,then engine will starve and start to get heated,beside the rocker and valve going bad...
                                If it is Knocking then you need to check upon the petrol purity, and shift gears around 3 K RPM, and not lug the engine..ie., drivimg bike at higher gears at lower RPM below 2.5 K to 3 K RPM.
