          • Thanks Curse, Brat & psr for the suggestions & confusion

Now which pad should I use the OEM ones or the rtr's. Wonder how many kms will the rtr's pad survive.

I would not like to take any chance on the breaking part.

Sorry if i had confused you...If my pocket is filled with money i would go for the original Nissin from HH spares outlet, if not then second best of RTR pads at 350/-...if my pocket barely exist then " ASK " pads at 110/-.
              Hope I am clear now.

What do you ppl suggest? Stock or NGK Iridium Spark plug?
My spark plug @ 23k was still in very good condition. Guess it depends on engine health. But anyway changed to Iridium plugs about a week back as I can't wait for stock to wear out. There is clear difference in the manner it ignites the engine. Especially these days on a cold rainy morning. With stock plugs, I sometimes requires choke. However with iridium in same condition, I never required choke.

Also during rainy season I set the idle rpm a tad higher than normal. Now I brought it back to normal as engine can settle to idle quicker than stock plug.

                    I'd say its worth it.

Didn't realize it'd come out so small - it's a pic showing color of H/L at various color temps . May be I shouldn't have used it since it's not really mine , found it on the net . Anyway am gonna change it .

If the Bike is well maintained with all service records, and in stock condition, then 65 to 70 K is good price......Normally the price is calculated at 5 K off for every year, and Rs.1.25 for every Km used. This calculation may vary with the present condition of bike, no of owners, accidents if any, maintenance, and Clean Papers.

Stick with NGK DPR-8 EA plug.
Thank you psr Sir. Bike showed no signs of getting hot..everything was normal except the engine was not crossing 4k-5k rpm(repeat). And these days also it is lacking the previous intitial pick-up
