I need the email id of customer care/where I can mail a complaint to the Hero MotoCorp Service head/HO. I have had enough of these dumb, untrained, money-sucking HH 'authorized technicians' and equally worse service centers - if u can call them one.

In HMC's website, find 'reach us', in that you can find 'query form'... fill it it buy selecting it as a complaint.

Motulized my zmaaaa....
Changed my ZMA's engine oil to MOTUL 3000 4T PLUS 20W40.... Its doing wonders...
Went for a long ride after changing and the engine was utterly butterly smooth and enjoyed the original karizma anthem. I thoroughly recommend this oil. Castrol and Hero OEM oil are crap.
Previously used Hero OEM oil but within 1500 kms its burnt and the engine was quickly getting over heated.-Lokesh

Absolutely! Tried that too!Originally posted by Vishakh View PostUtterly no use.. they will turn their back. I wish i could contact the owner of the company
.

They just seem oblivious of the fact that there is a page on their website that ideally should cater to customer complaints. I have even sent them a message on their FB page but still no effort from their end. WTH???

@bloggingwheels
They wont response immediately, wait for sometime.
If you are running short on time, check out the last page of your Owner's manual, you can find HMC's zonal/regional offices phone numbers with their addresses. Hope this helps.
Dont have any numbers otherwise, de diya hota.

Thanks for the reply ashwin. As i said, i already got the osram night breaker 55W, So what would be the best setup method - with a relay/Coil rewinding/battery upgrade or just add it without any other changeOriginally posted by ashwinprakas View PostAny regular 55/60 would do, if you want to kick it up a few notches then better go for HID's.karizmatic

Of course Sir, I won't take this topic to top speed contest.Originally posted by psr View PostIn Karizma the top gear ratio is 0.8 , and to calculate true speed in top gear, for every 1,000 RPM, the speed is 15 Kmph..ie., if you do 3,000 RPM then the true speed is 3,000 X 15 divided by 1,000 which is 45 Kmph.
Even modified ZMA cannot reach RPM limiter on top gear...and like you said let us not turn this thread into Max speed contest.
That means the meters display wrong figures? ...viz 40 at 2.5k, 80 at 5k and 120 at 7.5k => at every 2.5k rpms, increment in speed = 40kph => 16kph / 1000 rpm instead of your mentioned 15 kph.
Yes bro, these days I'm not riding rather I'm driving the bike (smooth acceleration, pre-release of throttle, progressive overtaking...)Originally posted by ashwinprakas View PostOnce in a while let it rip, the rest of the time ride sane. Else you'll be needing an early drive chain replacement. And it was pretty smart of you to add the last line.

Go through the website, you'll find zonal office addresses (east zonal office is in Kolkata), just simply head straight to the Zonal office and talk to the manager there. It worked for me when there was a pending stock of bikes for the dealers.Originally posted by BloggingWheels View PostAbsolutely! Tried that too!

Yes that is the amount of error in ZMA speedo...ZMR has the most accurate of Speedos.Originally posted by sunny_ View PostOf course Sir, I won't take this topic to top speed contest.

Go for the relay, tried and tested by many xbhpians(acs sir, vineeth bro etc.). They say the 55/60's full potential can only be utilised by using a relay.Originally posted by shirish View PostThanks for the reply ashwin. The new ZMA's have a very little error margin. IIRC error margin is around 4~8kmph. I wouldve posted pics but then they'd say I was trying to promote speedingOriginally posted by psr View PostYes that is the amount of error in ZMA speedo...ZMR has the most accurate of Speedos.

And sir, today morning after shaking up the bike for a while the brake fluid level rose, I believe theres something inside blocking it or something, maybe a huge air lock or something, btw the pads can still be seen, so I believe it's still fine. Motuls hard to find, hence better would be better to search for KBX or TVS. Will give it another shot on monday.Motorcycling Experience:

That means a ZMR's speedo showing 142 or 143 kph means almost the true speed (pretty close to GPS speed)? => ZMR's top speed is more than that of a ZMA!?Originally posted by psr View PostYes that is the amount of error in ZMA speedo...ZMR has the most accurate of Speedos.
