    Help plz

    Bike stops automatically in 4th or 5th gear at 60-70kmph speed when i press the clutch 5-8sec.sometimes it stops in low speed(10-15)in 4th/5th gear.i have told all these to sc but no improvement.[ALL THESE THING START AFTER TAPET HAS BEEN ADJUSTED FEW DAYS BACK]

    whats the problem?
    can anyone give me the email add where i can mail my complain to yamaha?

      Yep, there are shop which sell the same tyre for 2.5k as well. The cheapest i could find was 1800rs. But this one was purely a luck!

      The 1800rs shopwala did'nt have a CC machine, so he asked me to go to his friends shop, swipe the card and then pick up the tyre from him. Went to his friends shop and saw him selling the same tyre for 1600rs. Pick it up from him immediately He is selling the front for 1500rs

      Shop name is Nakoda wheels (shanti theatre lane, narayanguda,hyderabad)

              Is there any online website where i can order clutch and brake levers ?
              also what is the best way to wash and clean a bike , the bike gets muddy during rainy season and usin a towel to wipe leaves scratches on the surface.
              so what can i do to keep the bike clean and what polish do i use and how ?

                  I guess it's the tappets...they might have just been over-tightened...visit the SVC and tell them to use a filler-gauge while adjusting the tappets according to the user manual..there needs to be slight gaps between the valves for both intake and exhaust ends...hope they can fix it..

                        Feels smooth as butter and I know this will increase as days (kms ) pass by...

                            I learned today that price of Yamalube 20W40 Mineral has been increased to INR 270 and Yamalube semi-synthetic, i am told is close to 500 (dont know the exact price). FYI - Orion Motors Bangalore have old stock of few Yamalube semi-synthetic - INR 415.

                            My bike is misfiring. I notice it happening when bike slowly de-accelerates. Gave for service - but the issue is not fixed. Any idea what could be wrong

                            Two things that can have happened. Copper spark plugs need to be replaced around 10000 kms and the spark plug cap shorts in case it is soaked in rain and the bike is kept covered by a garage cover.

                            Replace with a NGP GP (Platinum tipped spark plug which should cost less than Rs 180 against about 120 for a copper NGK.(Life is 50000 kms against 10000 kms of copper one)

                            The short spark plug will act up only after 5-6km of riding and shows up as sparking sound coming from the right side fairing under the tank accompanied by misfiring and loss of power especially on uphill rides. Problem autocorrects temporarily by cooling off (switching off bike for 10 minutes) so you can get home.

                              I too bought R15 last month from Paras yamaha (mount road) and they had good numbers in there stock yard. There service is quite good as i done with my first service. But before taking delivery, check the bike. My stock tyre is a manufacturing defect one and i replaced it.
