Well my front Disc Pad got changed now that is ar around 9500kms and the rear rear Disc Pad is supposed to go another 1K kms as per the mechanic. But yes the Life of Disc Pad also depends on the Rider and his riding style. So see to it brother IMO disc pad should easily last for around 8K is used properly.Originally posted by saikrishna050691 View Posti ve heard that R15's disk pads normally last till about 7k to 8k kms(just heard
it. im not sure, u guys have to say).....but svc guys say that the life span of the front disk pads is just 4000kms. is that true? and moreover they confidently asked me to check the manual for it but i dint find any......

There is a gap in the top layer of the tank pad. Is it due to the design of the tank? That might be a problem in future.. Dust might get collected in it and the pad might start coming off sooner..Originally posted by ezy_rider View PostThat i will tell you... Well, Lets see....... NO. I dont think its possible with the same dimension stand. Maybe, if you get a stand to the front wheel dimensions, then it could lift up, but thats pointless. Paddock stands are only meant for the rear wheel. I've not seen anyone till date hoisting the bike up using two paddock stands on both eh wheels! :POriginally posted by chothibai View Postwent for my 1st service>>>>must say the guys are very quick, completed my bike in 1 hour..bike is running much smoother than it was before service

No... I bought it from Auto Queen, Cochin.. He deals with all products marketed by DSG. Of course this pad also came from DSG, sure that was an old stock... And there is one thing i noticed was.... its branded for apriliaOriginally posted by ZeNashB View PostWoah, awesome! YOu got it from keiti.com? Because I didnt see this design on PlanetDSG. Congrats
Actually me too noticed after installing.. the Lion is Mascot of aprilia and see that the lion tears off the aprilia letter with his jaws and claws...
Never mind.. Thanks for your complimentsIf you need a reason to ride, you are not on the right bike.

Hey Riderz!
Before I kick SVC mechanics a**, I wanted to confirm first with fellow xbhpians... I wanna know if you all get the same kindda sound that I am experiencing. I kindda hear a rattling sound when i rev my bike to some rev rpm on neutral.. some kind of sound that resembles kindda something being played on an open field. I wont mention marble kindda sound.. .coz as soon as I write that.. you all will mention its the tappet sound. The sound is never heard when the bike is running. only experienced while its on neutral....
