issue solved after bolts made loose a bit

do let me know after that
    whoa !!! it did work!!
    thanks bro!!
btw now help me at this one..my gear shifts are hard, told the svc guys, they said it is so on all bikes, they say the gears are not hard one of em shifted all the gears right from 1st to 6th and back on idle and showed me that the setting is perfect and not to worry...
but i still feel the gear shifts are not smooth as they were before...
now whenever i shift a gear, there is a loud "thud" sound..specially from N to 1st gear..
p.s. they did the clutch adjustment, play and all is correct.
after monday and tuesday, even the calendar says WTF!!

              2nd and 3rd gears see frequent red-lining, a couple in a day.

Haven't seen anything more than 135kmph
130-132 is what I see and cruise under 110kmph in the interest of FE.
Absolutely! And that's great. A good 110-120kph cruise speed is all I expect from the bike and it delivers it without much of an effort And from a 150cc motor that's fantastic!

Never affected running. Otherwise bike is very very smooth. HydBiker&some others have clutch bell sound, but it is very feeble, in idle it can be heard when the clutch is held. Mine is constant&very evident.
I think the Area Sales Manager is going to look into it soon. Thanks for telling me about your bike's problem. Hope mine gets fixed as easily too!

good to know you are free from vibrations now

                  well regarding the gear shifts

                  i tell you my experience
the gear shifts are smooth on high speeds
you dont even feel like the gears have been changed

earlier i also felt like the gears arent smooth enough
                  let it be like that

now, gearshifts feels smoother after 5k kms
                  just my personal experience

i advice you to do nothing right now
u will feel the difference after a few more thousand kms

can you confirm that the thud sound when i change gears (from N-1-2-3 later on as you said they're pretty smooth) is normal?
well with the visor vibes gone, i have vibrations on the handlebars, the panels with deltabox written on it and the right footpeg .. the reason could be the tappets..my 2nd servicing is due in a few hundred kms..
my question is what all did you guys do at the second free servicing?
                    oil change?filter?tappets?valve clearance?
                    just let me know...

while idling, even my bike is kind of loud, like a pulsar..while on idle, i can feel each firing on my handlebars. but when i depress the clutch lever, the vibrations go and the sound of the bike changes a bit..i took a video, but can't capture the change of sound that well, you'll have to put your ear to it !
in case anyone of you know what i'm talking about please let me know..else, i'll upload the video.

'thud' sound is normal on slow speeds

consider tappet adjustment at around 10k kms
second service is just too early
you need tappet adjustment when you get a 'tik tik' sound from the engine
while riding you feel like some loose marbles

valve clearance must be checked after every 6k kms
however the need of adjustment comes after 9k kms

i am pretty sure in your case the main culprits for the vibrations are

1- loose steering handle (even i faced vibrations on the handlebars)
                        2- engine mount bolts
                        3- loose fairing bolts

well in case of the second service they just change the engine oil, clean air filter, lubricate the chain and wash the motorcycle

do not expect much from them
free service is just a formality

Yes, I get that sound when I shift from N to 1st, there is a thud sound. Its completely normal. You should here it in the liter class superbikes! Sometimes, when they shift from neutral, the thud can be heard for miles!

But I have completely smooth shifts after the 1st gear
                              D'oh!
