Can someone tell me about the problem and the solution briefly?
Don't get bothered-it will go on its own. It did in my case (mostly occurs after long rides).
If you are really concerned, change clutch+pressure plates, bell, casing+get the play reduced with lathe.
I don't think you would like to do all this to a new bike!
I will think of this when my bike requires clutch plate change. Not bothering for the moment.

        • 6th free service report

          Hi guys,
          got 6th service done today.
          A year old,10 k kms done.

          The parts changed at service

          1. oil Rs 415
          2.Air filter Rs 237
          3. ECU Rs 7800
          under warranty

After service the bike refused to start.they checked all the electricals for lose connection.
Finally figured out it was the ECU by plugging a new ECU,charger and coil. The connector pins were carboned and one of the pin was found broken.

But after the service the bike is running super smooth.

Alright the black one is the rx100 center stand and the silverish-golden one is the axle/pin/shaft (different people call it by different name) . Stand costed me Rs200 and the Axle costed Rs30.

            Procedure to install:
1.Put the bike on side stand.
2.If you look underneath, you'll find 2 metal brackets with circular holes in them.
3.The part of the center stand where you keep your foot while mounting a bike on the center stand should be on the left side of the bike.
            4. Put the stand between the 2 circular holes and push the axle through the bracket with the hole, then through the center stand and finally through the bracket with the hole on the other side.
5.Now the center stand has been installed and you can pull the bike up and put it on the center stand

This is a one man job, although you might want someone close by incase something goes wrong and the bike starts to topple over. Although this is just a precaution and most probably nothing will go wrong.

            Precaution:
1.Do ensure that point 3 of the procedure has been complied with. Once you have the center stand in your hand you will see that there is a sloping metal plate attached to the hollow pipe on the top of the stand. The sloping metal plate should ALWAYS be towards the engine side / front wheel side, not towards the rear wheel side.

            2. Try doing this with a cold engine the first couple of times, I did it with a recently shut off engine (Tried the stand when I took the axle from the shop), so the exhaust pipe was still hot and I touched it. Although I was very quick in removing my hand, but it could've been nasty. Hence start off with a cold engine.

WOW the ECU went kaput......good to know that it was replaced under warranty. Did you ask them what caused the damage to the connector pins??

And for that matter, what are connector pins??

Sounds quite nice actually. Would've loved to hear the exhaust on a faster run or atleast at higher revs 7-10K

And yes, next time when you are doing some 50kmph in 2nd, just clutch-in and dump w/o letting go off the throttle and watch the fun. One dump would do no harm.
No moderate riding next time. Please.
