^^ you can use the ones that come with the philips h4 Crystalvision kit ( the kit comes with H4 bulbs, which can be fitted in any generic car, and parking bulbs. The bulbs are not led, but are white in color ). Else you can order from the yamaha accessory kit from your local dealer. Just make sure you have a confirmed purchase order from the dealer.

A clogged fuel injector will result in erratic acceleration - at constant throttle position, the bike will cut of and decelerate a bit, then again accelerate and so on. But that will not cause a misfire.
Nope ...
I noticed another thing today. If the bike is idling and i press the self-start, i hear a mild crank. Then i tried it with the lamps on -> the lamps fade to almost zero during the crank...is this normal ? I doubt it !
Any clues ??
Can anyone reply to this ?

New Models of R15
hi all,
just wanted to clear my doubt regarding the newer models of R15. I have gone through previous posts in this thread and it was mentioned that the clutch of the FZ is being shared with R15 for better low end torque. But does it have a drastic effect on the top end??
Sorry, I am not too mechanically well versed with the inner workings of the transmission system. I am in a dilemma between the CBR and JOELED R-16
.... lets suppose i do end up with an r-15 and 'joel' it completely, will the top end still suffer because of the clutch plates?? Pardon the pun for the noob query.

You could change the whole clutch to that of the old r15's. Would cost you a bit but since you intend to spend money to soup-up the ride, you can do the clutch transplant as well.
Do let us know how it works out for ya

29K+ Kms run on stock clutch plates out of which 3K+ kms on the 165kit. The stock clutch plates can handle it. I've ridden the new models. Im sure they will run fine, without any issues.Originally posted by shv18 View Posthi all,
