Heating is normal, the hub is made of metal which can withstand a few hundred degrees of heat so a mere 70 or even 100 degrees wouldn't matter.

Changed spark plug today(ngk cpr8ea9).But now feels little power loss... What happened guys..? Any idea... Also rpm is fluctuating.. Symptoms of lean afr...? Before the plug change, rpm was stedy and power delivery was good..

Actually i was riding with pillion who weighs 105 kg. Myself 75 kg, total load 180+148 kg of bike wt=328 kg. could this be reason to poor breaking of my bike..?
i was struggling like hell to handle my ride. This hub heating happens only when i ride with heavy wt. pillion

Yes, its even mentioned in manual i suppose, when carrying a pillion both acceleration and braking is compromised. Check for loose coneset as it can cause wobbling while acceleration and heavy braking both.

Nice one. But proper relay and wiring setup will work fine, just do not honk continuously for seconds or very frequently.
I think your current setup might be underpowered(not loud enough).
Btw your 60w bulb is direct plug n play or DC connected?

                      Hi,

I was surveying the tyre market for some good rear tyres for our Hunks/Xtremes in the 100/90-18" range. Based on some user feedback and self intuition, I found
                      Ceat Zoom and
Ceat Vertigo as good options. However, these are the tubed type (TT) variants. I am planning to get rid of the ever fishtail-lover Zapper Y with any one of these. Under panic braking, Zapper Y acts as if the rear wheel isn't there at all! and is enough to give the rider a heart attack!

Anyone who is/are using the tyres mentioned could please share their short review on the same. Though I theoretically know that given our machines, TT tyres can be easily used on a TL alloy, still I would want someone using such a setup for some inputs on this dilemma. Preferably under the situations :
                      1. Panic Braking
                      2. Acceleration and
                      3. High Speed Riding.

                      Thanks

Attaching the tyre pics for your reference.

While checking something on front mudguard, mech opened the tyre and while putting back the tyre while fitting the disk caliper we found that disk pads is came out itself from in which surface it stick to, a pic is attached and it was a ASK pad, never expected this kind of quality from them

After that I replaced it with Nissin disc pads costed me Rs. 330/- and came into the packing of Honda raper Also changed the brake oild as well Bosch dot 3, now the brake are become really effective & sharp as like never before...

Can somebody help with seat removal procedure on cbz classic? I've been trying with no luck. Either the locks are broken or I am doing it wrong.

                              • help me with my modification of cbz xtreme

Hey guyz my name is shahbaaz i stay in bangalore. I'm planning to modify my cbz to look good nd even perform better

                                Problems in this bike is
                                1) it has a sort of sould in it rear something like chain vigirously rubbing against chain guard
                                2) it gives a milage of about 50km per 1.26 lts(which is comparatively less as i have herd that cbz 2008 model gives 50-55 per liter)
                                3) this is the main prob IT LOOKS LIKE AN UNCLES BIKE as i am a college student i need something which is a bit cool u would agree with me right..

                                What i have in mind
                                1) I am planning to change the swingaram and go for a mono swingarm i guess unicorn v1 one is better but im open for suggestion
                                2) get it a good paintjob.. Colors in my mind is matt finished red full (open for suggestion as where could b beter in bangalore)
                                3) i need some serious advice about milage and that chain rubbing sound against chainguard coz my last option will be ditching the chain guard
                                4) for the front end i am thinking of fixing a digital speedometer which should work perfectly and planning to remove the stock mask and give it some good look(please suggest me something)
                                5) Oil which i have to use. My regular mechanic says he puts castrol 4t something i guess bt which would be much better
                                6) As i change the swingarmthe main question is about airfilter which would b beter

This are the things what i want to do.. But please feel free to advice me as i am a kind off noob in dis process as before this i had mod my yezdi classic 2 but at the end it was not as satifactory and the end product was not as i thought would be nd with utter dissapointment sold it. I dont wat the same thing to happen again. Plz help me.. And if possible pleas give me an idea of cost estimation because as i told i am a student and i need to squeez money out off my pocket so..
