I gave it to the third service yesterday and I again asked the mechanic to check the front disc. The mechanic confirmed it was a disc bend. I asked him why the problem repeated and why was it not correctly identified during all those visits. All they did was clean the disc pads and put them back. They also once replaced the disc pads.
I was very angry and asked the service centre manager about the problem not being identified correctly before, and he responded rudely saying that I might have hit something or so and it will not be covered under warranty. then I said I will put a mail to bajaj and will decide on the response. He was so rude that he said no matter whom I approach, I will not get any warranty.
So, I sent a mail of the problem since the time that intermittent squeaking sound started and the jobs done that I paid for. And today, I went to buy the new disc and get it changed. While the disc was being changed, somebody from the manager's office asked for me as somebody recognized me and told him that I was the one who mailed. later, he had the mechanic confirm the disc bend again and authorized a refund of the amount.
I was happy that atleast a mail got the response. But, what I am disappointed in is that I had to go so far as to threaten I might have to pursue the problem through a consumer forum.
Now, the bike feels as it should and I am really enjoying it again.
For the people who have the same problem, go ahead and ask for warranty.

lol I began riding just a month ago & improving by each day. My wish is to learn to do a wheelie on my NS. but too afraid!!If you wash it everyday with a bucket of water then how do you prevent water from sprinkling over the chain ? or is it fine if that does happen when washing your bike. or lubricating chain every day also lol?anyways, guys I just got this OKS chain spray & I gotta lubricate the chain as it's been like 500 km since it was done last time. I've got a side stand but I'll figure something out to get the rear wheel off the ground. Do I just spray the chain as well as I can.. or is it better to clean it first ? like with a toothbrush & kerosine. The guy at pro biking showroom said you can just lubricate the chain as the bike is quite new. but if you wish clean also then you can use a tootbrush & mix of kerosine 1 other oil (couldn't catch name) . Few vids on YT demonstrate how to clean & lube the chain. just looking for suggestions. thanks
