Ppl don't buy orange... dammit. I thought like my green caliber 115, I'll be one of the few having orange GS, as not many ppl may go for orange. But now almost daily I am seeing atleast one orange GS
damn.

Jithus.. the total premium amt is 1358.
animeher... everybody wants to be different, so nobody is...!!! my personal opinion is GS looks damn good in Orange. Black is the best colour for a bike but black GS looks more like pulsar (though bigger). Greenish blue doesnt look good (i feel). Grey and Orange are better colours.
Orange gets that look becas of the black lining in the tank and the sides.. Orange and black combination works out well. It is actually good that many are buying orange. This colour has the tendency to fade soon and so we will have lot of company...
Also i dont think any other bike comes in this colour which makes it unique to GS. When i said to my friend that i bought Orange colour, he laughed (he doesnt know anything abt bikes..btw) It is a "Ramarajan" colour .. . But it works great for GS.

not noticed any extra vibes.. not even on my trip to pondy and back. the only extra vibes are at 3.5k rpm levels, which can be easily ignored, and not an issue at all.Originally posted by thefalcon View Post

6th gear both a boon and bane. sometimes, feels as though too many gears to change. but on the other hand, cruising in the 6th gear 50kph onwards is stressfree.. Of course, you always have the option not to engage it in the city.

When taking the delivery they will give the tatoo. Best of luck for that. Showroom guy was telling that each showroom was given 3 "grand winner" tatoos. Two people have already got that from Airport rd showroom. Thank you for your suggestion Raj....I ma taking the bike at Hyderabad....couple of people there got 4500 Rs. Let me check my luck.....I have seen Orange, blue and Black but have not seen Grey yet. dude somebody help me a strange thing happened today as i was gng to college today @41km my bike stalled and when i again chenged my fuel cock posistion to reserve and applied choke and again back to on then my bike went on upto 63km ... and didnt stopped is there any problem with my bike bcoz if it hits reserve then it shud stop if i put it in "on" posistion within 2km i think but 24km is not possible is there any problem with cock or tank some dirt or rust problem or problem free ..... i wnted to know this plzz help me and 1 more thing till now i didnt saw any rust in my tank plzzzz help me by replying asap

Hoollaahhhh..... somany people joining GS GANG..!!! good to see that. Logged in after many days because of busy schedule.
I have Orange GS, and ofcourse we had discussion in earlier posts on the fading of this color, but as being a metallic color the fading intensity will be very less. All colors fade but bright colors looks like more faded. Just take nice care of Orange Baby gixxer and it will never let you down both in performance and look wise.
