hi dont you feel any tring.. sound from digital console exactly at 3.5 rpm.. its irritating me alot... plz confirm it..Originally posted by mrsrini View Postnot noticed any extra vibes.. not even on my trip to pondy and back. the only extra vibes are at 3.5k rpm levels, which can be easily ignored, and not an issue at all.

mines blue, and I am loving it
@gb_raj
fantastic deal you have got dude. safe biking!
yes the engine is little less refined than the unicorn. but good nevertheless.
@abhibhaskar
6th gear both a boon and bane. sometimes, feels as though too many gears to change. but on the other hand, cruising in the 6th gear 50kph onwards is stressfree.. Of course, you always have the option not to engage it in the city.
Cheers!

hey guys,
Today when I was cleaning my GS, I found that the casing of the rear indicator had a small gap on the top
. If u look through it u can partially see the indicator bulb. Is it like that on every bike or a problem with mine? This could turn in to a problem while washing as water could get inside the casing. pls help me out.

Hi Sammy,I bought my suzuki Gs 150R in April 2009 and just did a round trip from Pune to Kolhapur to Panchgani and back to Pune and no problems whatsoever . i did manage to touch 115 Kmph. Myfriend who was also accompanying me on his unicorn had major problem with his headlight console which just broke off. He said this was happening the second time. Also I did't realise the eco & power mode and different petrol flows .Thanks for updating me and enjoy your bike

it seriously has no connection with engine, spark plug or any other place of the bike.
just connected to the speedo and blinks if rpm crosses a specific mark.

for me, around first 300m-500m of riding i feel like the bike is choking and about to go to reserve(even when the petrol knob is at reserve and there is 5-6lt of fuel.)
i usually warm it up by idling at 1.5k for 30 seconds but this still happens.

Is anyone bought GS from Apple Auto bangalore.How is apple auto? Actually they are not giving handle grip and teflon coating and telling that it doesn't come with suzuki gsr but i read someone from airport road got it free.
Can anyone help me in this urgently as i have to take the delivery of my bike ?

Guys... What is the purpose of the Teflon coating ... for protection or for looks? I have a feeling that the Teflon coating might be the culprit for the paint flaking off on the tanks revealing rusty insides etc. I guess teflon can be protective, but if not properly done, it might also create problems. ... Forgive me for my ignorance!

Teflon coating is BS, most of the times you will get only polished bike, which you can do yourself. I speak after wasting my money on Teflon coating previously.
There is no 'coat' of anything. To prove this, just paste a tiny cellotape/scotch tape to a side of tank which will not be easily visible. If all all there is a coat, then that tape should be impossible to peel off. This never happens, because there ain't no such thing as teflon coating! Save the money and DIY.
