  • I dont have any such preference for oils initially. Its OK if they use local brand like castrol...

About beam adjustment, do they open headlight cover to adjust the beam?

Also, I came to know from this forum that the Headlight's focus is not so great, so do i need to modify something initially or its better to do after sometime?

        • I am opting for Grey.

Orange : My dad doesnt like it as its too flashy

Black : I didnt like as it would be monotonous, All black.

          Blue : looks odd

          So finally GREY...

Castrol, as many other oil manufacturers, is an international company and is one of the top sellers like Amsoil. It is not a local oil.

To adjust the headlight beam, it need not be opened. The only thing needed is a star screwdriver.

The headlight beam of almost all the new generation bikes is the same because it is made as per some international regulations. Consider the modifications later, only if you think it is absolutely necessary.

I too support it. Mine is about 1 year 8 months old and in good condition. Proper washing and waxing and parking in shade are the decisive factors.
Thanks Vishnu....also it would be kind of you if you can give me the cost of the entire front thing.....headlamp+ fiber housing....

If you are mentioning the head light cowl, it is about Rs. 1000/. It is not a sharp figure.

It may perhaps be different there; I am not sure. Let us leave it.

But if any of the Suzuki dealer is using local oil or oil from barrels, please bring it to the notice of the company.

                        • I am buying from local automobile delear and not from Suzuki authorised showroom...

Actually showroom guys are charging around 73K and that too without other accessories. While other delears are charging 71K with accessories.

bro...don't buy from any local auto shop. You may loose out on warranty and other benefits that come with an Authorized Dealer. you can bargain on price with the dealer and accessories are not worth more than 1000 bucks for sure, so it's better to buy from authorized dealer.
