I was told by TVS service guys that new gen RTR has a different mounting point for engine on the chassis which results in reduced vibrations.
    Can someone confirm?

Yes. The vibes are present. But they are above around 65kmph+. Before that everything is very much fine. You will be able redline it in 1st,2nd & 3rd as they are No vibrations at all. Try this in the old gen model and you will a lot of it.

A vibe free RTR still remains a dream.

True about the older model. But that never stops one from redlining it nevertheless when you're rewarded by the throaty rumble from the exhaust and the remarkably quick throttle response.

              Hello all,
Completed 1month with my apache 180 with odo of 1300kms
              Experience so far:
After first service gear shifts are smooth, was facing problems earlier. Still using tvs engine oil.
Have topped 105 on odo once and many times in 90 its amazing how quickly it reaches in 90's
With a pillon the power drops significantly, its hard to reach in 90's and makes grunting sound as if m pushing really hard.
Vibes cue in as soon as i touch 4k rpm feels like something is wrong and bike is struggling to run. But as u twist nd reach 6k rpms its just readynto boost more.
0-60 for me till now is 6.1 secs havent tried my best till now.
Tyres are good no issues in braking and also in full rain they were great. Just i am not confident enough while cornering guess will take more time to build it up.
Hiving avrg around 35-38 in city, havent gone for any long rides.

Next service m planning to change oil how about shell ax7 have heard many praises.

Not posting pics for now as she is really dirty for now. Will give her good wash at weekend

I happened to change my front headlight white panel(right side of the beast model) because I recently had a crash and that headlight white panel got scratched heavily. I just noticed that the changed panel has really big panel gap. When I enquired, I got to know that even the genuine spares are not perfectly made and also noticed that the rear indicator levels are not equal. The right rear indicator is slightly upwards and the left one is pointing down. I don't know if that was because of the crash which affected the right side. The rear right indicator was not changed. They feel sturdy when I tried to push it down or up to level them.

Am I being misguided by the SVC here?

Guys i'm thinking of replacing the halogen headlamp bulb with white light bulb. Any suggestions? How is PHILIPS BlueVision Moto? Anyone using it?

Hey @sanjaynk15 thinking of the same (Philips Crystal vision) my brother ran it for his Ladakh ride and was Happy with it.

Hey guys, a question, I've clocked close to 1.1k kms, and my exhaust popping is getting worse by the day (Despite turning the Fuel-screw counter clockwise by almost one whole turn)
I haven't done a plug chop yet, but i'm pretty sure the Heating up and the strained engine-feel are signs of a Lean Mix. Pretty disappointed with TVS ASC's Carb tuning.
                          any suggestions?
BTW, when i try to touch 9.5k RPM or above, bike feels like choking. Is my clutch free play too loose or is it due to the lean mix?
and my lever kicks back while shifting sometimes, and doesn't shift at all sometimes (Have to eventually stall and start again from Neutral) is there something wrong with my clutch? I don't pop wheelies or anything, just de-clutch once in a while!
                          Expert/Experienced Opinions needed please!

A headlight bulb which gives bluish light is useless during rains. So choose wisely

Will choose something less bluish/neutral then!
