No worries bro. Just plonk it in. I tour with my HL on ALL THE TIME, day or night. Have been using Osram NB for 17000 kms now. You can't say my reflectors from yours! The light output is as good as it was when I newly put Osram.

------------

Update:
1. Changed to Rimula R4 two days back. Strangely there was no change of color or drop of oil level in the ~1500 kms I used it. BTW, this is my 2nd change. (2 R3X's used already).
2. Starter relay went kaput. Tomorrow I leave for a 1000 km trip, hence I was extremely lucky. Cost 190 rupees.
3. Got the annoying left RVM changed finally. Cost me 400 rupees.
4. Sprocket (as per my mech) is good for another 8-10 k kms.
5. The stock battery on my bike is 7 AH rather than the conventional 6 AH. Don't know how. Still running on stock battery.

-----------

Second round of updates.

Saw abhi7013's bike at the mech.

So, started fiddling with it.

Here's the fuel pump!

HECS - Honda Evolutional Catalzying System.. they probably wanted to remove the Honda from it so probably they have given their own name for that system

Yes, in fact he did. He was actually trying to determine the cause for the pipe breaking or something.

That could explain a lot of issues that I used to face. Anyway, have a safe ride!

its a CBZ headlight bro..
This is a Pre 2006 Karizma...Note the turn lights on the fairing itself ...CBZ initial models came with separate indicators, and the Xtreme came with bikini fairing with turn indicators....in the pict with Vadivelu standing by his side, notice the fairing extending into the tank area on the side,...which is characteristic of a ZMA, and also note the rear light extension beyond the grip rail.....notice also the larger disc brakes at front....
ZMA fairing cannot be fitted on a CBZ without changing the Petrol tank also, apart from all the side panels and altered mounting brackets.....

and check the pic which I had posted the next thread after yours.. in which vadivelu is sitting behind Rajinikanth.. you can see the Cat Con is of CBZs and the portion is not sharp as the Karizmas

1) why we are using Diesel Engine oil in petrol engines......????????????

2) Secondly does this not affect the engine as (petrol engines are different than diesel)

3) Cost of Ownership... means the price of wear and tear.. of this machine.. are costly....

3. The cost of ownership is not high as the maintenance of this machine is very low.. in the sense.. the spares don't wear and tear so quick as the other brands.. don't wanna start a brand war here.. the spares are costly but they dont wear and tear so quickly..
