So 9amp battery is supported by the bike in charging as well as our sensors are not going kaput! But still would like to see your report on this in details, which will helps like us to install the batteries and go for projector ligths etc.. If rear part is juming then you have to service your bush setting of rear part suspension/ swing arm. Mech will open everything and service it, replace anything needed and fix it.Probably this could be due to faulty cone set too, because faulty cone set do show misalign characteristics also.Bro best way is to get it checked with other SVC and pay them only if your issue is resolved. Even once i had the same issue and i made SVC rectify it i din't pay them...because they were palying with my bike, later they corrected it.
dude, remove the tank and the filler cap and get that part painted...before things get worse..

The rubber still had some life, but the minor leaks from previously fixed punctures necessitated the switch.

The rear wheel's rim was also bent, and was straightened before the new tyres were put on.

Details here:

This pic should help give you a perspective of the profile of the tyres:

The tyre on top is the new one, while the one at the bottom is the one that has done 32k kms, & is still attached to the wheel.
The rear tyre looks skinny once fitted on the wheel due to its round profile. Its pretty wide & heavy otherwise.

EDIT: I went in for the stock tyres as I want to do a trackday sometime soon. Heard & read that tyres of other make are less stickier, for the track.
You are right! If you are planning on hitting the track, then sticking to the stock tyre is a safe bet.

Lucky your tyre survived that long, I just changed mine couple of hours ago. This tyre was about two months and 1 track day and 4000 kms, but thanks to all the punctures, I had to changed them. Any idea about Slime tyre sealant, has anyone tried it out?Click image for larger version

Did anyone of you try painting the rims of your Yamaha R15? If so, what are the advantages & disadvantages (if any)?

If anyone from Bangalore has done it, any reliable place to go to?
Bad idea to paint the rims. I decided to paint my chipped off rims, and the paint started flaking, unless you are planning on powder coating your rims, stay away from doing this.

Any suggestions? battery issues , sparkplug or which other issue.?
Your battery is probably dead, check the voltage across terminals when your bike is turned off. Anything under 11v and its advisable to replace the battery.

Don't go for Slime. It can go horribly wrong and messy if not done properly. I have been using Ride-on TPS for the past 5,000 kms. No problems whatsoever. The added benefit is that it balances the wheels dynamically. Totally worth the cost.

Yes, use a multimeter and check the voltage

Thanks for the opinion. Satyen suggested the same damn thing! I try looking for it, I was always concerned about balancing issue as the last thing I want is a nasty crash during a track day.

If I recall correctly, I have seen these at Kamla Yamaha (since your are currently in Mumbai).

• Need help. Just changed the rear disc pads and the rear wheel isn't moving freely. Rather, at standstill one needs to apply a lot of pressure to move the wheel. As I was in hurry I took the delivery of the bike and need to check with mechanic tomorrow. I can't recall such a situation in my 35K kms of ownership. Please share your experience.

Looks like the piston is not free. Ask the SVC to dismantle the calliper and clean it thoroughly. Also check the piston for any damage from pitting.
