For the brake pads, get them immediately. Don't worry so much abt the groves on the disc. You neither could have avoided that not would you be able to do something about it.Originally posted by TnT View Post

Clocked 21k kms and this is my third tyreOriginally posted by HydBiker View PostThe tyres last over 20K KMs and I believe there is no need for you to start searching for them from now.
. Got a 500kms used tyre for 800 bucks!
Also I made two holes in my airfilter box, on the side
, approx 5mm dia. each with a thought that now the engine can get some more air.
One of the awesome feelings I had in my life is to see the world receding on my back mirror

The holes are below the filter na? so there is a scope of dust getting in... I thing punching holes on the top cover would be safer na?You get the point?? :D

Ofcourse the holes are on the top cover so that the dust doesn't enters. I feel there is slight improvement in the acceleration, and again I know it is only in my mind! One of the awesome feelings I had in my life is to see the world receding on my back mirror

Unfortunately dude, there are no frame sliders available for the R15. I don't know how far a custom made guard will be feasible, that too keeping looks in mind.Originally posted by alimur_r View Postneed a help guys...

Guys in Bangalore...
Update on the tyres... I roamed the entire JC road area .. got into atleast 15 jobs and no one has R!5 tyres.. both front and back.... Finally one place who had was Sai Iyengar in Domlur... He told me he had both front and back but some had bought the back tyres for the coming race in Chennai... I took the front tyres... and the price was 1600/- ... asked him if he could get some rear tyres and he told it was not easy and if he gets he will let me know....
