        Thanks @ theironhorse99
Someone also reported a 6-8 kmph increase in top speed. Anyway, the air goes thru the filter only, regardless of whether the cover is on or off.

            What are damping rubbers?

between the wheel hub(rim) and the rear sprocket mount sits a set of 5 rubber pads that push all the power to wheel without giving jerks.
just get them checked. sometimes they get hard and brittle. changing them will offer a smoother ride. should cost 23 bucks each if am not wrong.

For the last 2-3 days , I am hearing rattling sounds from the front wind shield and fairing. The screws there need to be tightened i guess. Can i take my bike to a local mechanic to tighten those screws or i must take it to SVC???

                  DIY bro.

These are small niggles, take some time out use the allen key and sort it out yourself.

Its not that hard to remove the fairing and the headlight.

                  Cheers,

either do it yourself or take it to the SVC guys. check all the bolts if tigethened or not. do not over tighten.
if still no solution as the SVC guys to open front end and insert a tube patch between the headlamp and front fairing assembly.

One of my friend who owns a cbr150r has good terms with a guy of some SVC. And what he heard was, Senior mechanics of most SVCs are given training to handle the upcoming CBR650F. And also it might come out with a price tag of around 6.5-7.5 ex-showroom. No info about the CBR300 or the new CBR250.

Maybe that SM vikas spoke to meant the cbr250r upgrade project was cancelled, most probably due to the orange demons. The existing cbr250r will still be sold.
