As you know, the brittle bolts will be the major concern.. Slightly more torque & they need re-threading.

Today I called 2 dealer in Gurgaon for ABS version. But first one said they do not sell ABS version [emoji35]. Second one said he can arrange one but I need to pay full amount in advance and then he will arrange in one month. Is this common practice or should I try one on Delhi. Can someone from NCR region help me.

No thats wrong. You can complaint about it using their website and see how they change their tone. Secondly you can get the numbers of dealers and ask them about availability.

Guys, got a reliable update from the SVC... There is a new gear liver for 180s from the facelift version, which smoothens the gear shifts and reduce the friction marginally on all our older versions. It's only available upon request and guess what... it's done at free of cost if demanded.. I'm waiting for the same within this week as it's out of stock already... Go for it guys...
Dont defeat your enemy.. destroy him. offer hope then crush it..fuel his ego then break it.. finally. deploy ABS..execute the curve..victims defeat assured.. victims confidence destroyed...!!! All with my Beast.. Racing beast....!!!!

How can just the gear lever smoothen the shift?

This info is indeed true as I had been to the SVC in the morning and I saw the notice in the managers room with my own eyes the notice said that the replacement will be free of cost and is applicable to all rtrs manufactured before march 2014! The notice to the svc was that the old gear shifter is 50 odd mm long and it has been shortened to 30 odd mm in the new gear shifter. There were two other similar replacement notice.
I will be going to the SVC again tom and will take photos of the notice and upload over here!

This is good news ! one of its kind from TVS If its true i would go change it too ! called up a TVS showroom here and enquired about this , they told shifts would become smooth if the new shifter is installed but there has not been any notice on the same to be changed free of cost , maybe i should contact the manager on this regard.

Could you both name the SVC's, where you went & clarified on this?
Anyway mine is 160, so I feel this will not suit me. But just asked so that others in bangalore can go have a check on this.

I went to Arunagiri TVS near kamanahalli. If you happen to go there, just walk in and there is a notice board next to where the manager sits.. check in that notice board for the printed notice
