And yes it feels like 6k rpm is the max limit and bike starts vibrating badly, loud rough sound as if i ride for 10 more seconds and it will blow off. Only on 5th gear it feels comfortable and can do 100+ without hesitation.
Let's start with the engine oil. Warm the bike, put it on center stand and after a minute, measure the oil as shown in the manual. Also make a note of the colour and viscosity of the oil.
Secondly, have you tried riding any other RTR (clocked under 5K km) in a similar manner? Since you're saying that it does 100+ easily in 5th gear, I'm guessing that there isn't anything abnormal.
If I recall, my bike was a lot less free revving/smoother in the lower gears in its early days than it is now. As the engine started clocking more and more, and I started revving it more and more to higher RPMs in the lower gear, it started to get better.
Anyway, check the oil first and report back.

Ok will check the engine oil but as i said it was changed 2 weeks back while servicing.
And yes I drove a cousins bike, it was clocked only 2500 kms and it was 100 tyms smoother, mine feels like some obstruction/blockage is stopping it from revving and pickup is low too.

Guys required serious help. My bike 1.5yrs old all stock, fs eng oil, from 5k rpm to 9k rpm is d dramatically slow. Even a gearless scooter could overtake at this range. Eng oil a month old, carb and tappet adjustment a month back. This happens in all the gears and our max torque kicks in 6.2k rpm, but don't know wat is wrong with my bike

This is too less for the clutch plates to give up. Still get them checked.
Also check the air-filter for any blockage.

My bike finds it very hard to revv above 4k rpm and it feels like engine is going to blast after 5k rpm. Problem is in all the 1-4 gears except the 5th.
Therefore I am scared to cross 6k rpm on these gears.

This problem I found after 1000 kms as before that I never revved my bike above 4k rpm. In 2nd service I told about this problem and they said they will solve but still I am getting this problem.

The experts kindly help me with this, I am really scared now as its my first bike.

                Thanks in advance.

Yes, but I felt this problem may not just be related to RTR, other bikers might have have faced this problem too , so posted there also.

Gave bike to sevice centre today, he said he will resolve the issue, lets see if he has the expertise.

Clutch plate of my 56K Odo bike is still stock. it cant be the reason, unless its a lemon.
People facing acceleration problem, get your TPS checked.
And Prathappa, don't take risk, check the engine oil level. Telling to check because sometimes the stupid ASC would just top up the oil and sometimes put excess oil, much above the recommended level. if its alright, then try to redline in each gear(except 1st) for a kilometer or so, and see what happens.

Is it right to ask fellow owners to red-line their steed ?

Guys, just got the gear link assembly installed on my RTR and it really has made a big difference now. Gear shifting is just a piece of cake... there has been prominent difference in it's response on gear shifting. Amazing job by TVS. Just go out n get this installed on your beasts. Real feast for ride now...Beyond all, it's at free of cost. Brilliant job..
Heads up for the entire TVS crew for their continued support...

Seems too much of hill riding are taking toll on my brakes (from the 1st day to 25K km). I use engine braking as much as possible even then I observed that my front disc has got thined in the section where brake pads make contact. There are fine lines on the disc, just a month before I had checked the alignment of brake liner (so not expecting it as a cause). Whats the price of the front disc plate?

It'll cost you 926INR.. It is suggested that u replace pads along with the plate for the best performance. I just did it two days back.. It's rock solid now after runnin the stock plate for 47k on ODO
