AFAIK you just need to put the stickers [46, FIAT] on the visor from inside.... and then put white vinyl from inside over the stickers.

There is a main stand for R15 it comes as an option. We can fit it as a permanent one. But for that we have to purchase the Main stand, the shaft, main stand stopper, tension springs, washer and cotter pins. If we want to use it just for our home service, we just need to buy the Main stand and Shaft only. We can order that by service center itself.
      The part numbers are
      Main stand 3C1-F7111-00
      Shaft 3C1-F7112-00

          • Noise in the engine

My bikes a month old now and has run 1k. It developed a lot of noises as compared to how it was earlier. There is a strange knocking noise that come which reduces if I press the clutch or after riding it for long distances.I gave it for the first service but the noise continues Any advice...

Also I am not able to get the tank pad which would prevent scratches from my belt on the tank. Could someone hlp me out with this?

try changing the filling stations and also there might be some problem with injector as knocking is experienced when the A/F ratio is not maintained upto the mark..

RPM matter.....You can take her till 5k rpm till 700kms......after 700kms you can rev upto 7k rpm.

                      5k rpm in 6th gear = 75km/hr

                      7k rpm in 6th gear = about 100 km/hr
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

                        A small Remark.
For the first 500 km avoid prolonged rev above 5K (though we can go above)
After 500km we can avoid prolonged rev above 7.5K(though we can go above)

But the people from Yamaha ( not from the svc) says it is good if you dont rev up high for the first 2000km. The engine life will be good.

I need Yamaha Tank pad for my R15 . I have asked the nearest SVC to get tank pads but couldn't get one till date . I have checked most other SVCs in Hyderabad , but no body keeps that . Where else can I get the same Yamaha Racing Tank Pad. (I tried a local one but found pretty useless )

Buddy.... If you have a Blue R15, its ok to use the Yamaha OE Tankpad. But if you have a new R15. coz there is a decal till the top of the tank from either sides. Right? The Yamaha Racing tankpad will come on top of it if you use that,Right... Me too searching for a good tankpad. I am looking for a good quality tankpad like Keiti or some... but it should look fit my needs as well as my bike.
This shape will suit the new R15

I have a black(Motogp graphics) R15 . I am not sure about the precise dimensions of graphics and Tank pad but someday back I saw another black(with graphics) R15 with Yamaha tank pad . The Yamaha tank pad is big enough and saves the tank from a lot of scratches .
