    MRF Tyres

This is most probably the new MRF 's on the 250R. Same design as R15's.
Ride, ride and ride.. But always do it responsibly..

I feel the bike really smooth after this, but the problem is it takes close to 3 mins to reach that temperature. I am feeling that I am wasting too much fuel in this process. Any views??

I don't think you need to warm up to see a/all temp bars. While idling, raising the RPM will waste fuel and since engine is on no load, temp bars will takes its time to appear.
But try to follow at least the following.
              Method1 - fast method
S0. Assuming you are all geared up, sitting on the bike with side stand up .
S1.Turn on with the key, let CBR do its self check and no other lights are on except the ABS(if ABS model) indicator and neutral. Takes about 3 seconds.
              S2.Start the engine.
S3.Let the idle come down from 2000rpm to stable about 1500rpm. S1 to S3 takes max about 30 seconds. Mean while set up rear view mirrors or other pre-ride rituals.
S4. Ride for about a minute+ without fast accelerations. Make sure that all lights are off on the cockpit. Since engine is on load, 3 bars will come fairly quickly compared to idle.
S5. Soon after 3 bars, ride as you wish.

              Method2 - regular method
S0.Turn on with the key, let CBR do its self check and no other lights are on except the ABS(if ABS model) indicator and neutral.
              S1.Start the engine.
S2. Gear up (takes about 2-3 minutes max), set up rear view mirrors or other pre-ride rituals.
S3. Ride for about a minute without fast accelerations. Make sure that all lights are off on the cockpit. 3 bars will come fairly quickly compared to fast method.
S4. Soon after 3 bars, ride as you wish.

Thanks dude. I am already following method 1, except that I pre-warm the engine as told earlier. So I should just stop that now. Great inputs.

I have a ZMA, and even the stock Zapper Y skids in the wet. The issue here as @psr and @icemang have pointed out to me is that the lack of a central groove to push out the water and maintain stability contributes to skidding in these type of tyres. This happens in gravel or slushy roads as well.
So, that would mean even the MRFs would not help in the wet?

MRF has a softer compound, so does this have an advantage while riding in wet/ roads with patches of sand?

Since I don't have practical experience with the MRF RevZ, I cannot offer you any advice on that score. Some CBR riders have reported that it has good characteristics. Any softer compound tyre will definitely be grippier than a harder compound. The tyre I have is a hard compound and thus lack grip (compounded with the lack of the central groove)

I think the new MRF combo is "technically" OK for wet grip point of view. New option Front Zapper FY has centre groove.
I am waiting to hear from new owners with FY front and S rear - practically.

Front Zapper FY - has center groove for wet. Rear is Zapper S. Great info thanks to @kn8Alpha and @harsimranjitsidhu661.
