It grips very well now, cornering is fun now and not much difference in performance. I managed a top speed of 126 kmph( speedo indicated).

Is it true that the engine of the newer version rtr runs cooler than the previous version as claimed by tvs?

I disassembled the front brake lever completely and did as you said. I used 20w40 mineral oil for lubrication though! Later i Went for a ride and I could feel the difference the lubrication made!
After bleeding and lubrication the braking is top notch now!

Nope if you consider the cowl stuff but they did tweak the engine which had some cases of overheating due to either faulty engine or break-in but other than that, engine temps mostly seem either identical or 10 degrees hotter

Btw, I replaced the rear number plate illuminating lamp with the white led ones which come with the d200! (consumes lesser power than the normal bulbs and the bluish white light looks better )

Fibre parts? Did you change the plastic around the speedometer? The one with the faux carbon fibre finish?
If yes then how much does it cost?

I have two tyres in mind.

Durvesh, thank you for replying.. i can see Michelin Pilot Sporty with a 120/80-17" at findTyre - motorcycle.michelin.in. Are these soft compounds?

And would 120 be a direct fit for RTR 180? Another tyre which I saw recently was MRF Zapper Vyde, but I'm not sure if its a soft compound and if it would be a direct fit for RTR 180.

Thank you,
